« It was a beautiful place for anytime of the year. Two bedrooms , two bathrooms. TVs in every room . Lovely fireplaces, beautiful dining room set. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, creamers, sugar, spices, and if you have a mind to Cook , it has all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, etc. »

« Dina's place was even better than advertised! We loved the amenities like snacks, a filtered water pitcher, a toaster oven, microwave, and mini fridge for our week-long stay in Wilmington! The place was spotless! Dina was an excellent host who checked in often. The location is great! It is about 12 minutes to Downtown Wilmington, 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, and 35 minutes to Carolina Beach. The area has several restaurants and a Lowe's Foods nearby. I highly recommend staying here! »

« This is a great place to rent for a trip. We had 6 in our party and we think the space is right for a group that size. It is a very short walk to the beach access and only a 9 minute walk to the boardwalk! Don’t be deterred that this is not a full house rental! We had a great stay. My only advice is if you are going to cook during your stay instead of going out, bring a sharp set of knives or a knife sharpener. We loved this bungalow! »

« As other reviews have stated, the house was very clean. It rained while we were there, so we didn’t get to use the fire pit in the back like we wanted to but it was a cute area. The neighborhood was in a great location and everything felt pretty close by. We would definitely stay at this rental again! »

« A well maintained older home, very clean. We liked that it was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The only downside to our stay , the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. Nothing we couldn't live with for a week. Would definitely consider this property again. »

« Me and my family really enjoyed staying at this home. I loved the fact that where i have Asthma it was a very short walk to the beachfront. Loved the little pink house just so peaceful and quiet no loud noise and no crazy people lol very family friendly. Loved it . »

« House is beautifully decorated, spacious, well appointed and in prime location to enjoy the riverfront. Only downside is single bathroom but our group of 5 managed fine. Don’t let that scare you off from this premium rental. We would definitely stay again. Owner is super responsive and accommodating as well. »

« I chose Kasa for the space and same price as a mid range hotel. It is a full size apartment with a huge walk-in closet, a patio with table and chairs, and 2 huge TVs with tons of channel choices. It is an incredible deal and one I will take advantage of every trip to Wilmington. The whole process was also contact free. The door has a key code and no card. Wonderful experience. »

« L'appartement est très confortable et offre tous les services requis. Situation en face du fleuve et du Riverwalk permet un accès direct à pied au secteur historique de la ville. Le balcon nous permet de profiter des rayons du soleil et de la vue magnifique. Seul inconvénient, il y a actuellement des travaux de construction dans le bloc à côté ce qui augmente parfois le niveau de bruit. »
