Hair on the floor, especially in the bathroom, and around baseboards throughout that house. Peeling paint, open screw and nail holes in walls, broken kitchen sink facet—hanging down. Shabby all around....

Place has a small yard, so don't expect to let the pups out with a place to get the zooms out, but the community is perfect for those nice long walks with your pet buddy. Host is great and responsive. I have added this place for the next time I'm in Wilmington! The Ibis Coffee Shop is a 7 minute walk and well worth it :) »
