Outdoors, a premium basketball goal and refreshing outdoor shower add even more ways to enjoy your stay.

LIVING ROOM
The main living space features a 50" Smart TV with Bose sound bar. 1GB (down & up) fiber internet allows you to easily stream your favorite shows, movies & music. The couches provide ample seating while providing extra sleeping space if needed. The "Porter Hospitality" device allows easy connection to WIFI while the GUEST WELCOME book provides a hard copy of important house information.

KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast, a casual lunch, or a family dinner. The coffee bar features a standard drip coffee maker, a single-serve K-cup coffee maker (designed to brew standard coffee, lattes, and cappuccinos) & a stainless steel French press. K-cups, tea & hot chocolate provided. There is also just enough counter space to serve as a small workstation.

-The Primary Master Suite features a King bed (sleeps 2) & private 2 sink vanity bathroom with tub shower. There is a dedicated work station with multiport power strip.

-The Secondary Suite features a Queen bed (sleeps 2)

-The Full-over-Full Bunk Room (sleeps 4) & has a dedicated space for children's toys & games. A "Pack & Play" is located in the closet (linens not provided).
