PEST CONTROL
Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. To help prevent bugs from entering the home, please keep the doors closed. If you happen to come across any (they can be pesky!), we will do what we can to take care of the situation as soon as possible!
- You will have private access to the entire home
- Main House on property. Both units available to book for larger families!
- Check yourself in with our keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in).
- Guests can expect to climb a few stairs to get to the front door.
- Free parking is readily available on site
Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.
- The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required.
- No smoking is allowed in the home or on the property. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.
***Note: For families or larger groups wanting to stay together, we have two 3 BDRM houses right behind and next to this house that we manage! You can book depending on availability! Let us know

- No smoking is allowed. A $500 violation fee will be charged if evidence is found of smoking inside the unit.
- If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a fine for odor removal.
- No extra guests not listed on the reservation.
- No pets are allowed. A $300 violation fee will be charged if evidence is found of a pet inside the unit.
