The property was all about the legendary horse Seabiscuit. 16 Thousand acres of horse property, produce farming and wide open spaces with amazing views. The internet was out all 3 days I was there which was inconvenient because I was there to look at property in the area. The room I stayed in was fairly small with a tiny refrigerator, so a longer stay really would be hard to navigate with food and beverages. There's just no place to put food. Also a T.V. would be nice, especially with no internet connection. Also you are in the middle of a community of homes and some apartments with lots of residents and ranch workers. There was one resident who walked by my room several times a day to make sure my dogs were on a leash and saying several times "there are rules here". The room had a nice deck and my dogs and I sat outside a watch the sunset and this is when the resident actually walked onto the deck and complained about the dogs not being on a leash.I guess there's always one of those, and I got the feeling he didn't like the fact that there was a VRBO in his neighborhood.
