Sympa mais cher et mal situé
Hotel accueillant mas très très mal situé qui vous oblige à prendre un taxi poru rentrer après 19h05 le soir. Par rapport aux hôtels de même prix en Inde, TRIDENT ne propose pas le petit déjeuner avec la chambre donc attention

Qualité de l'hôtel digne d'un 5 étoîles
Magnifique cadre. Piscine agréable. Service et équipements exceptionnels, le personnel est à nos petits soins. Suite merveilleuse avec des équipements irréprochables. Buffets du petit déjeuner et du dîner fabuleux. Le service de massage fût grandiose et à tester absolument. Il faut séjourner dans cet hôtel, vous ne le regretterez pas.

Hotel de luxe - reposant
L'hôtel est parfait et le service de qualité. La chambre, la piscine et les differents lieux dans l'hôtel sont splendides. C'est un lieu qui permet de bien se reposer après un voyage errintant. Par contre, les environs de l'hôtel ne sont pas interressant et Wellington Island n'est pas l'île où il faille s'attarder.

Comfortable, spacious rooms. The bed however was a bit small and the mattress needed changing. Good, safe location. The restaurant is the best part - I had 3 excellent meals for dinner. The chef made everything in an authentic style. Staff are also brilliantly trained. Ayush and Eldrin are very good at their jobs.

This would be one of my longest reviews : I had the pleasure of staying at Trident with my family, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff's hospitality, attentiveness, and friendliness left a lasting impression on us, making our stay truly memorable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel important and comfortable throughout our stay. It was evident that they took great pride in ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. Our room was neat and well-maintained and amenities provided added a touch of luxury that we truly appreciated. The entire property radiated an air of elegance and richness. The cozy ambiance created a perfect setting for relaxation and unwinding. The highlight for us was the backyard, a serene oasis that was simply amazing. We spent hours there, enjoying the peacefulness and beauty of the surroundings. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, offering excellent service and going above and beyond to cater to our dining needs. Their proactive and helpful nature made every meal a delightful experience. One of the most heartwarming surprises during our stay was the bon voyage cake and gathering organized by the hotel. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel like valued guests and added a personal touch to our departure.

Not recommended
The team dropped the ball - very bad first impression. Since I raised the formal complaint, the team genuinely tried their best to make up and I appreciate it. But at times it felt it was a bit too much. Good bunch of people running the place - I sincerely hope they provide "consistent" service all the time not when someone raises a complaint!

An old property much in need of renovation and Capex. Being an Oberoi property the quality of personnel is superlative and they made the difference in uplifting an average or sub par stay to a memorable one.

I had a wonderful stay with extended family at this property. The service was excellent and was the highlight of the stay. The staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The property is a bit dated and the location is a little away from major shopping areas. It definitely suits if someone is looking for a calm and serene atmosphere in the middle of Kochi.

Trident (Oberoi) hospitality is unparalleled. They are best, even better than Taj. The staff does their best with whatever they have. If the rooms are busy, they are happy to serve you the welcome drink and get something done to have you taken care of. If you don't like the options on the Menu, they are happy to cook something you like. If you want a recommendation for a local item they are honest and provide pointers if they don't know the exact item. Its simple honest goodness and they do it the best. While this is an old hotel, the upkeep is excellent, everything just works. Only pain point, Just the locality is a low point. This area has other nice hotels. Yet! Since the Airport has moved. It seems empty during the evening. We were lucky to have a self drive rental, so going places was always easy.

Decent hotel for a family stay
The hotel is in a good location in Wellington island and near to the touristy areas of Fort Kochi. Hotel rooms are a bit dated but clean and well refurbished. The breakfast was very average. Swimming pool area was very nice and the kids enjoyed it.

Amazing Experience and Best get away for families!
It was a very comfortable stay with the family. The staff were very friendly and attentive to everything. The food was great and the staff were keen to pleasantly surprise and make our stay a very memorable one. Highly recommend for family get away if you are visiting Kochi.

Fantastisk hotel. Serviceminded personale. Dejlig værelse og stort udvalg sf gode retter i restauranten. Det eneste minus ved hotellet var blot beliggenheden. Der er ikke liv i området såsom butikker/restauranter mm. Dog kan dette findes med en kort køretur til fx fort Mumbai. Vi rejste som familie, og opholdet levede op til vores forventninger

Alle Mitarbeitenden sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas seltsam inmitten eines Industriegebietes, aber wer nicht zu Fuss zum Fährboot nach Fort Kochi gehen will, findet gleich ums Eck Taxis. Dort gibt es auxh einfache Restaurants mit prima Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
