Weâve reserved the property months in advance and received a confirmation. When we went to check in to the property, the resort did not have a reservation. When I contacted the homeowner, I was told âyes, that is a problem. Iâve been meaning to talk to them about that.â We ended up not being able to stay there and had to drive three hours home.
