Quick walk to the beach! On the prettiest street by the river in the gated Kingsmill on the James River with beautiful James River and lake views (not part of Kingsmill Resort, but The Spa is available with your stay. Please note, this is a legal VRBO, not a timeshare.)
Gorgeous large top floor (second floor) 1400+ square feet two bedroom two full bath condo with two separate wings, with brand new quality carpeting Summer 2023, this is the newest and largest two bedroom model. Kingsmill on the James River is a lovely oasis, a tree and Audubon bird sanctuary, with miles of trails, private beaches with huge shells and treasured historic sites including Burwells Bluff, the first English settlement, all within walking distance... walk to beautiful spa for pampering, or cook up a meal in the condo's fully stocked kitchen and dine on one of the outdoor terraces.....Not a resort condotel, this condo offers the comforts of home with books, movies, many streaming apps, games, artistic coloring books, seasonal decorations....and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking large meals including condiments. Try golfing at the gorgeous award-winning Green or Gold course at Golden Horseshoe, or go fishing at Macaulay Pond, or walk to dock for beautiful sunrises and sunsets, shower and restroom available at the marina beach. We had an awesome college reunion and the condo was perfect. It has plenty of space and is right near the water. As a bonus there is a breakfast and lunch place in the club within easy walking distance

I enjoyed the house. My family and I stayed for a week. Very clean. Neighborhood very quiet. Great location to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. The owner Gayle was very helpful and friendly. Gayle provided everything. If you forgot something, don’t worry, Gayle has it at the condo for you. She even went out of her way to mail back a jacket I left. Fantastic place. Will rent again.

Nice. Quiet. 2 separate bedroom/bath areas for privacy with large shared living, dining and kitchen. Host was SUPER fast in responding to questions and eager to help. Very convenient to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Would rent again.

First thing we noticed, the place was really clean. It had everything we needed for our week in Williamsburg. The beds were comfy, that’s a huge plus! It was quiet and a great location for walking and exploring the immediate area. Loved hearing the steam train whistle from Busch Gardens in the distance. Another huge plus for us bird lovers- Every morning we would sit on the balcony with our coffee watching eagles (yes! Eagles), osprey and blue heron. Everyday we had bird sightings of some sort. Very beautiful! We will definitely come back!

We spent two relaxing weeks in this great Kingsmill condo. Beautiful location with easy access to shopping and the golf course; and just a 20 minute drive to Christopher Newport University. Also pet freindly, as we brought our two fury friends for some R&R. Well funished and very comfortable, especially the beds...slept great.

My family had a perfect time at this condo. It was definitely huge! We were happily surprised and my teens were happy to have a wing to themselves. The beds were comfy and the coffee was a lifesaver. Loved having a nice view, too! We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Williamsburg.

This was perfect for our family while bringing our daughter for a college visit to William and Mary. Clean, comfortable, spacious and with everything we needed. Gayle was attentive and responds very quickly. The view was beautiful and we hope to return when we have more time and warmer weather for using the waterfront area. Great stay!

We had a great stay in this festive property. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Property was clean and had so many extra things like condiments, coffee and creamer, and oil (thankfully, because I forgot to bring it for brownies). Wood burning fire place worked great too!

We have stayed at Kingsmill every year for the last 5 years to go to Christmas Town at Busch Gardens with our two small children. This condo was by far the best one we have stayed at. It was decorated with a Christmas tree and lots of holiday touches, even down to seasonal k-cups and mugs to enjoy. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The view was fabulous too! Gayle was also wonderful to communicate with. We will definitely be back again next year!
