La chambre etait tres petite. J'ai l'impression que quelqu'un d'autre l'avait refusee avant moi car les lumieres etaient allumees et il y avait un savon deballe au lavabo. Beaucoup de taches de savon et de poussiere sur le radio reveil, lumieres etc, graines de nourriture sur le bureau. Chambre acceptable.

Some party people came back around 2am and was partying next to our room until we checked out at 8am… didn’t seem like they were stopping anytime soon after we left. They talked loud and were slamming doors, walking in and out for a smoke. Our room was next to an exit door.

This was our second stay at this particular location. We stayed last year during the rodeo as the location is close to the arena, and had to change rooms twice, couldn’t get bath towels and had a fight break out in the hall at 2am…they claimed to be doing several renovations and had big plans to fix and prevent the issues we’d experienced from happening to future guests. …fast forward 1yr…we thought we’d try them out again this year for our rodeo stay and see if they’d indeed improved. The rest of our group chose to book a different hotel this time in light last years expert, (8 rooms not including ours). We started off by being given the wrong room, (we booked a king and the first room had 2 twins)…room swap was fine, find out the pool is closed that evening, fine, then go to have a shower in the morning and find the last guests bar of soap, with body hair still on it, in the tub. The room wasn’t very clean, clearly, everything was still very dated and worn…I’m not sure what “renovations”’were undertaken over the last year, but I didn’t see the end result of any of these promised “improvements.” For perspective, the room barely fit the bed, and the fridge was on the desk with the microwave on top of it and the coffee maker next to it…I travel lots, and this was a first… The location was convenient, that’s the only positive. Next year we’ll opt for having to drive to the arena and stay at a different hotel with hopefully better experience results. Fool me 3 times…not likely

Wall paper was peeling everywhere, the lamp shade had stains on it, the window seals had failed on the windows leaving the room cold, the remote for the TV didn't work and staff said they would note it down rather than replace it. They demanded a $250 security deposit when I got there. There was nothing of that notice when I booked the room or I would have gone elsewhere. Overall, this stay was definitely not worth the money I paid.

The hotel is a confusing labyrinth of hallways, we had a hard time finding our room and it took forever to get to. Parts of the property have run down carpet and walls, but the room itself was fine.

Checked into the room which was below average and the door did not latch and could be pushed open from the hallway. Went to advise the front desk and she made it seem like I was an inconvenience. Gave us a different room and it was much worse than the first. Very dirty and a bad smell. Will not stay here again.
