« Great service but when returning on the 1st at 3am after a New Year’s party my door was locked. I went down to the front desk where the lady told me that no one was booked in my room. I told her my things are in the room and that I have the booking and showed her. She then let me in and I was able to retreat for the night. Overall great staff and very nice room »

« The room was huge, which was great for 6 of us. I enjoyed how they decorated for Christmas, a tree on every floor by the elevator. We liked the warm cookies available for free in the afternoon and the fruit available for free in the morning. The pull-out couch isn't very comfortable, but that's not surprising. It costs $20 to park the car in the ramp, but you can only park on floor 4 or 5, which was weird. »

« Had confirmation for room with 2 double beds but they had overbooked and gave us a king. They said it was changed because we booked through a third party. Very disappointed because I was traveling with my teenage grandson. Will not book through you in the future. »

« Hôtel situé près d'une grande route très empruntée. Il est assez isolé car éloigné du centre de Durham et de raleigh. Il peut s'avérer être une option pour une halte sur un long trajet. La chambre était propre et bien équipée. Par contre il y a des individus extérieurs à l'hôtel qui stationnent sur la parking le soir, et qui fument des substances. »
