Custom Single Family home with Expansive Bayfront views!

Nestled in a private bay front location in Wildwood Crest, this three story, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is a true vacation opportunity with outstanding design and meticulous attention to detail. The first floor features an entry area with three bedrooms and a hall bath, with one of the bedrooms having a private bath. Additionally on the first floor is a laundry room and access to the garage. The garage will feature a "loft storage" area and also offers private access to the first floor. The second floor blows you away with a two story living area with a outstanding ceiling design. This area contains the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is a custom design offering everything thing a family needs to feel right at home. A wet bar and gas fireplace add an tremendous feeling of comfort to this area. The focal point of this area is the dramatic 180 degree bay-front views and sunsets which are viewed from the two over-sized sliding doors. Additionally the deck is off the living area and features a covered area as well as an open area. View the boat traffic and all the other water sports right from the comfort of your home. The sunsets from this home will be enjoyed 365 days a year. Rounding out the second level is the master bedroom with a private bath. The third level offers a private bedroom and bath which also presents an opportunity for an additional private master bedroom. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event the Tenant wishes to cancel this lease, the Tenant may do so only upon the consent of the Landlord. The cancellation request must be submitted in writing by the Tenant to the Rental Agent. The Tenant understands that if the Tenant cancels this lease the Landlord has the right to demand the full payment of rent in accordance with the terms of this lease. In the event the Landlord does not release the Tenant from the continued obligation to pay rent or the Property is not re-rented at full price, the Landlord may demand that the Tenant continue to remain obligated to pay the rental amount. All cancellations are subject to a handling charge by the Rental Agent in the amount as agreed upon in the property listing agreement of all collected funds.

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

Stay at Bayview Drive

House was spacious, clean, and located at an amazing location We especially enjoyed the scenery from the dinning area and appreciate the bed linens and towels. Restaurants and beach were easy access. Our family had a great time and would definitely go back again

Quiet, relaxing and beautiful view!

This property was stunning, spacious, and very clean. The views and sunsets were gorgeous. The house is set back from the beach which made for less traffic and easy to relax. This property is very well maintained, we had not one issue or need to call the management company. We had a great stay, and would stay at this location again!

Fun, cozy meet-up

We were all happy with the house & enjoyed our time together! There were a few negatives I would be remiss, if I didn't mention; ie, ice maker didn't work, so we had to purchase ice several times, did not cook our lamb chops on the outside grill, as preferred, due to it's dirty state, finally, one key provided for six guests was definitely a challenge we could have skipped!! Property manager was made aware of the ice maker issue, NO response from them!

Beach vacation

This property was very nice and the property managers were helpful. However, the cleaning company did not get there until 3:40 when check in was at 4:00 pm. We had plans to be out which delayed us as they were still in the house way past check-in. Unfortunately out of the owners control we got a week where there were a lot of green head flies and mosquitoes. The house overall was nice and had everything we needed. They did say that there would be hotel style toiletries in each bathroom which there were not provided and they did not refill any of the hand soaps. They give you one roll of paper towels so thankfully we brought extras. Also it says to bring extra pillows if you need them. I would bring your own pillows as they only provide the pillows that are covered with shams on the bed and this was not clear in the listing.

Great bayfront rental

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wildwood Crest. Great views of the bay from the balcony, nice quiet neighborhood (really didn't mind the recycling center close by). Condo was fantastic, lots of room, well appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here and will almost certainly rent this again in the future.

Beautiful home-deceiving location

The house was clean and new. We were surprised that the information on VRBO, was not as accurate as it should have been. The home has bay views, but it is directly next door to a recycling center that has ongoing construction going on. We literally had to take a detour to arrive at the home. Also one of the reasons we rented this home was for the fireplace, which was not working when we arrived, and wasn’t fixed until 24 hours later. When I contacted the property manager, I was told I had to write an email to the “Powers Group”, before they could come and fix it. I also had written to them a week before we arrived with a few questions, and never received a reply. Hopefully they will have better communication in the future. It is a beautiful home, but expensive, especially since it is next to a dumping site.
