There is an elevator if you hate taking the stairs! Steps from the beach with ocean views from the balcony, it doesn't get more convenient than this! You'll be able to see and hear the ocean in the morning while enjoying your coffee on the balcony, or with your evening cocktail.

Enter this charming and unique space featuring 1 queen bed, 1 set of twin bunk beds, and a cozy living room with a queen-sized sofa bed. You'll be hard-pressed to find another one bedroom condo on the island with a kitchen like this one! Plenty of counter space, and garbage disposal AND a dishwasher! All the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you'll need are provided. There is also a Keurig, toaster, full size oven, and table that comfortably seats 4.

The bedroom has been "hacked" to create what is essentially a 1.5 bedroom. The main room provides a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress and a dresser, while the bunk bed nook provides twin bunk beds and underbed storage drawers. The bathroom features a full sized tub and shower.

Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this building where only about half of the units are offered as rentals. There is a heated pool, on site laundry for guests, assigned parking, (our space is right out front!), elevators, and gas grills.
