Nice stay
We had a nice stay. We particularly appreciated the pool, which is very pleasant, with a view on the roof top of the city. We only regret that gym and sauna are extra.

This is a weird hotel. The lobby is beautiful, and the staff are very nice and very professional. The breakfast was fantastic in a beautiful restauraunt surrounded by windows. The area is also really walkable and enjoyable. Make sure you carve out a couple of hours to walk the park across the street behind the casino, it is amazing. Now the problems. The rooms are very very very dated. The beds oddly bouncy and uncomfortable. The doors use a manual key lock as if we're in the 1970s. You must also manually lock your door when you enter and exit the room, they do not lock automatically like I have seen at literally every hotel I have ever stayed at. This is a major security hole. As there is no fob system in place the elevators will let you to any floor regardless of whether or not you're staying in the hotel. The valet parking is quick and convenient, but I probably wouldn't return to this hotel again until I read about a major refurbishment.

清潔で曇りなく清掃されていました。窓からカジノなどが見えて、とても素敵でした。 ただ朝食のオムレツが塩辛かった事、ヨーグルトにコバエが入っていたことを伝えた時の謝罪が軽すぎて一流ホテルにしては対応に疑問が付きました。それ以外のスタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。

Pool area is very cold and uncomfortable. Massage jets turn on automatically every half an hour, but not for individual needs, as in similar facilities in Italy or Spain. Breakfast is poor for this class of hotel. Good location near Opera ans restaurants ans Christmas market.

Most likely the best location in Wiesbaden, close to Kurhaus, Casino, Theatre, nice pedestrian zone, Christmas Market, ice rink. The outside of the hotel with the Christmas lights on in the evening is just stunning. People stop and make pictures :). We experienced some problems with the Internet and the staff was utmost helpful to find a remedy. In general, staff is very friendly and dedicated to guests. The mineral water pool on the roof is also great. Carpet floor might need replacement, but that’s the only caveat coining to mind and it’s not a big deal to us. We were very happy with our stay and will return once coming back to Wiesbaden.

Ein schönes Hotel an toller Lage, wenn man die Stadt zu Fuss erkunden, einkaufen und Restaurants sowie Cafes besuchen möchte. Sehr nette Angestellte. Das Abendessen am geladenen Event war vorzüglich und der Saal ist sehr schön. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht und auch im SPA waren wir nicht. Das verschieben wir auf das nächste Mal. Wir kommen wieder.

Superb hotel in the heart of Wiesbaden. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. There was a wide selection of food and drink for the buffet breakfast in the Orangerie. The Ente restaurant served up a truly amazing dinner worthy of a Michelin star.

Hotellet var skuffende ifht. prisen. Vi bodde på et deluxe rom som vendt ut mot haven, men mer en bagård med en fontene og et stort aircondition anlegg. Rommet var kjedelig interiørmessig litt 70 talls stil. Conciergen på hotellet var meget hyggelig og serviceinnstilt. I baren , Orangeriet, ble det servert en helt ok frokost, men ingen luksus. Vi besøkte baren i Orangiet på kvelden og møtte kelnere med dårlig kompetanse og vi måtte be om å få bestille 4 ganger før vi faktisk fikk bestilt noe. Det finnes langt hyggeligere hotell i nærheten som klarer å følge med i tiden og tilby god service og gode rom

Wir waren eine Woche in verschiedenen 5* Häusern unterwegs. Der Nassauer Hof ist, zumindest in unserem Zimmer, in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badtür ist verquollen, die sanitären Einrichtungen veraltet, der Teppich fleckig und der Fernseher war verstellt und nicht einstellbar. Bei dem Frühstück kam uns das Personal lustlos vor, Service erst auf Nachfrage und für den Preis völlig überteuert. Für dieses historische Haus keine gute Werbung. Alt und Stil ja, aber dann bitte auch leben und für den Gast erleben lassen.

Et dejligt ophold
Et dejligt ophold centralt i Wiesbaden. Dejligt værelse, dog med "udsigt" til baggård og parkering - lidt ringe ift at det var deres Juniorsuite! Hotellet er lidt gammelt, men lækkert nok og baren, hvor der må ryges, er vildt hyggelig. Tagterrassen med thermisk bad er ret så lækkert og med mulighed for både indendørs og udendørs afslapning. Morgenmaden er okay, men ikke så speciel, vi har prøvet en del 5* hoteller i denne ferie og Nassauer Hof er klart det dårligste på den front. Concierge oplyste ved indtjekning at deres 1* Michelin restaurant "Ente" var lukket pga Covid-19, men at bistroen i stedet havde åbent om aftenen. På vores sidste aften booked vi bord i bistroen og blev mødt af en tjener der kunne oplyse at bordet IKKE var reserveret OG at bistroen var lukket, men de havde bord i restauranten???!!! Det blev "lidt" dyrere end vi havde tænkte os, men oplevelsen var suveræn og staben i restauranten gjorde hvad de kunne for at redde den lidt akavede situation. Vi skulle ret tidligt afsted og Conciergen havde sørget for en Lunchbox med morgenmad til turen, superservice og lækkert.
