"We did not receive any cleaning for our three night stay, staff did not work one day and then reported she cleaned our room the next but she lied to front desk. We had to move to a new room 11:30pm. Towels etc were delivered but only after we phoned to complain. Found a large spider beside the headboard ..."

"There were 8 adults, 6 children 10 years of age and under, and one dog staying here for 5 nights. There was plenty of room and everyone had a great time. Any time we needed to reach out to the host (minor questions), he responded very promptly!"
