« The entry way ( a bridge from the parking lot to the penthouse) was being repaired with unsafe flooring and gaping holes. Elevators ( 14 Floors ) had no ventilation and was covered in mould. Building needs cleaning. The furniture was aged, flooring horrible, cealing damaged, A filthy place with roaches, torn curtains and bed sheets. Used soap left in the bathroom to be reused. Mould infestation all around. The facility should be closed and removed from the listing. The property as a whole ...

« Unfortunately, I would not stay at this property again. The listing and pricing were misleading, and there seemed to be unexpected charges and restrictions that were not clearly communicated upfront. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property advertised for up to four people, yet I was charged for three “extra” people, including my 7-year-old child. I was also surprised to learn that guests were apparently not allowed. The most uncomfortable part of the stay happened around 9:45 PM when the...

« DONT RENT THIS SPOT ITS NOTHING TO DO THERE... NO FOOD MENUS .... IN THE HOOD NOTHING TO DO »

« Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we had to wait outside the apartment for approximately 20 minutes because no one was there to check us in. Once inside, we found the room to be full of mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable. The bed was in terrible condition. The mattress was old, sagged badly in the middle, and provided no support, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Another concern was the constant traffic coming from the neighboring house, where...

« Accueil exécrable...aucune effort pour me comprendre, je ne souhaite à personne une personnel aussi peu accueillant »

« This place was a disaster; it had very steep stairs that was very scary going up and down. This place isn't suitable for elderly or handicapped persons. In the photos you never see the stairs, all photos are photoshopped. The pool area was right in the middle of a construction site being built on the property, I was afraid to get in the pool for fear something might fall on me while I was in the pool. The TV never worked, poor internet connections. JUST HORRIBLE!!! »

« The administrators of the property are quite rigid in their arrangements, and the amenities in the kitchen are quite basic/rudimentary. »

« This was my first time booking Affluence with Sheena and let’s just say I will be back for sure. The stay was a 100/10 we enjoyed it completely. The home was identical to the pictures and videos on the listing. The home was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Sheena was very responsive and helpful throughout the weekend. I loved that the community was gated and had a rooftop pool. It also was not too far from the hipstip and other tourist...

« Yes fabulous view Beautiful and tranquil Lorna was so welcoming and made us feel welcome! Would return again. »

« I was unable to use the accommodation because there was no one there to welcome me and they didn't answer the phone; consequently, I couldn't get in and had to look for somewhere else to stay. »

« Kadean is the best!.. very helpful everyday of my stay.. »
