« The location of this property is great for easy access to local areas in the Hipstrip and access to private beaches. The space was functional but just very run-down. It needed a thorough cleaning and fresh paint and tile repair. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was superb. »

« No issue with the property at all - have stayed here many times and it is lovely. Do not deal with Burbank Vacations. They overbooked and left me stranded with nowhere to go at Christmas. DO NOT deal with these people. »

« I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent reservation. Upon arrival, I discovered the property I booked was overbooked. I was then sent to a different property that was far below the standard of what I had originally paid for. Due to the unacceptable conditions, I chose to check out early and did not stay. Despite these circumstances — which were entirely out of my control — I have been informed that I am not eligible for a refund. This is unacceptable....
