The Space:

Perfectly suited to its peaceful surroundings, Pinot Perch has a tranquil and relaxing feel inside. With bright interior and a retro revival look, the open plan, spacious living, kitchen and dining area feels modern and homely. Featuring a comfy seating area as the perfect place to unwind, a double coffee table, a dining table to seat all guests, and a wall mounted flat-screen TV making you feel at home instantly.

The kitchen consists of on trend green cabinets and smooth white marble worktops. Both stylish and functional, it’s fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster so you’ll have everything you need for your self-catering staycation.



With all rooms on one level, you’ll find both bedrooms across the corridor. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a clothes hanging rail, a full length mirror and a wall mounted flat screen TV.



The bright and roomy second bedroom consists of twin beds, drawers and the space is complete with a black dressing table and mirror.



All beds are made up using plush bedding and premium bed linen to guarantee the best sleep possible.



Modern and sophisticated, the family bathroom is complete with a bathtub, overhead shower, WC and vanity unit.



Guest Access:

This property features a private entrance with a key code, allowing for self check-in. Please note that there are steps leading up to the main building from both the car park and the pedestrian gate, and the apartment is on the first floor, requiring another flight of stairs. For this reason, we do not recommend the property for guests using wheelchairs or prams.

Guests often mention that one of the best things about staying here is how convenient the location is, you’re just a short walk from the train station and everything Whitby has to offer. Whether it’s the beautiful harbour, the beach, or the town’s charming cobbled streets, everything is within easy reach. Whitby Abbey is a must-see, perched high on the cliff with stunning views and a fascinating history that inspired Dracula. The 199 steps leading up to it are iconic, and totally worth the climb! There’s no shortage of fantastic food either. Whether you’re craving award-winning fish and chips from Magpie Café, a cosy pub meal, or artisan coffee from one of the independent cafés, you’ll find something for every taste.
