Chaque chambre a une cuisinette, c’est pratique. Tout le nécessaire est là, c’est vraiment génial. La vue de la chambre est splendide et les grandes fenêtres sont bien pensées. Bémol: notre chambre n’a probablement pas été améliorée/ bonifiée depuis des années, donc n’était pas au goût du jour et était quelque peu fragile (chaises tremblantes dont une se décollait en morceaux, poignée de douche qui nous reste dans les mains, air climatisée très peu efficace, minuscule télévision qu’on voit à peine lorsqu’on est couché sur le lit, bain tourbillon dans la chambre, mais pas fonctionnel).

I had an apartment with big bedroom 2 bathrooms and a big living room facing the slopes! It was clean and very comfortable Of note: the room service is not included

Booked this property for a spur of the moment solo boarding trip. the location is perfect for ski in/out. Right at base of Blackcomb gondola so you can watch for the line to start building (6am) and get out there before it grows too long. The room had everything I needed and was comfortable.

Great location with visibility to the gondola. Convenient entry and quieter than the village. The toaster is not working right nor was the bedroom TV controller, but otherwise clean and liked having two bathrooms. Ski concierge have nice staff and parking was always available / accessible.

Very nice suite, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel is right outside of the Blackcomb mountain gondola, which makes very easy and convenient access to the mountains during ski season. The whistler village is only about a 10 minute walk away from here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here.

We loved this stay of ours, the suite was perfect for my two tween daughters & I. The location was a short walk into the village area which was lovely & included a bridge over a little river. It is a very safe, quiet & nice area to stay in. I took off a few stars as the main bathroom was dirty. There were crumbs in the bathtub when we arrived & the dishes in the kitchen cupboard were all dirty. I had to rewash all of them before we used them. The tv’s in both rooms were not set up properly & I had to ask staff to come & set them up our second night so we could watch tv. Reaching front desk staff was also an issue. The phone lines would just say no one was available and I needed to go down to the front desk each time I needed assistance which was a bother. I was told they had just switched phone systems so hopefully it will no longer be an issue in the future. The pool & hot tub amenities & the laundry facilities are all clean & well kept. All in all I highly recommend staying here & we will be back again soon!

The room was larger than we expected. We were disappointed that there was not really any complimentary tea/ coffee, or robes. The room also smelled like chemicals or harsh stain. The hot water took 15 minutes of running all the taps each time we needed a shower. When we asked the front desk for the wifi password, they told us to find it on our sheet and hung up.

The room was very hot and no air conditioner. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and do not recommend. I liked the layout and 2 bathrooms were a bonus.

Great value for price. Nice large rooms clean and contained everything as listed. No daily housekeeping as listed so dont expect that service. Was happy with my stay here and would stay again.

I could have moved in easily!
Room was amazing, great view, quiet but still close to the town centre. Bars below but not noisy. Right next to the slopes. There’s a bear that seems to be obsessed with a tree next to the hotel and is the first time my partner has ever seen a bear. Saw it every day. 10/10

Location good, sleep bad.
Amazing location!!! Room was spacious and nice and we would've had an amazing time however I had the worst sleep of my life because the blinds were so light and did nothing so all the lights from the buildings behind were shining all evening and the morning sun woke us up by 6 AM -if you like to sleep in the dark or sleep in past 6,this is not the place for you. It was also frustrating that the ice machine was broken, the vending machine did not sell any water, so we were very thirsty and the elevator was broken for one day so we had to use stairs. It was also a bummer that there was a Keurig coffee machine, but no Keurig coffee pods and coffee filters and coffee but no coffee maker so was unable to make coffee sadly.

Excellent stay
I will suggest this hotel to my friends. It's convenient and comfortable. I am surprised by the kitchen, two washrooms and one washroom is with spa tub. It's over my expectation with what I pay.
