Great place, but there were wasps
Great place, with an amazing view! However, we couldn't enjoy the balcony as there was a wasp nest during our stay. I wish that was communicated before our check-in.

Great location and pool...but needs some TLC
The unit is in a great location in center of the village and has a nice view of the mountains from patio. Comfy bed. Has basics, but needs TLC: -there is no grab bar in/near the bathtub/shower, and it's needed because the tub sides are very tall. We are fit and average height, yet we both had trouble stepping over the side. This unit would not be a good fit for anyone elderly or below-average height. -the mini blind housing is falling out of the ceiling, looks to be barely hanging on one side. You must very carefully pull the string to raise one section of blinds to open door to patio ... that's the one that's falling out of the ceiling. -the mini blind slats only tilt halfway closed, so light comes in and privacy limited. And one or two blinds are missing so an even bigger gap there. -when we arrived, there was a used tissue & a condom wrapper under the bedside table ... yuck. And seems unlikely the carpet was vacuumed since those items were on floor. -there was only 1 hand towel for our 5 day stay, so we contacted owner requesting at least 1 more. It never arrived. -There were only 2-3 sheets of paper towel on the only roll. We reached out to owner and received another roll same day. -Pool & hot tub were nice, with beautiful potted flowers & huge trees. -note: bring $1 & quarter coins for the laundry! Front desk does not assist with change. -bee issue on the patio. We watched dozens of bees go into a space below the A/C unit which blows hot air on half of patio.

Short stay
This condo met our needs for the 2 nights we stayed. It’s located right in the middle of the village and ideal for walking everywhere. It’s a fairly small space and needs a little TLC but still very comfortable. Recommended to those who are looking for something basic and affordable.

Great Studio
The studio was very clean and is spacious enough for 1 person. Maybe 2 people if you do not have a lot of baggage or belongings. The fireplace can quickly heat the unit and dry ski gear. Amenities within the unit were as expected. The gym, sauna and pool/hot tub (also very clean) in the building do not open until 9am - early risers beware of this. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Elevators were not working during my stay and the unit is on the 4th floor.

We loved our stay in this property. It is a short walk to everything you want to see in Whistler. The view from the balcony was lovely on a snowy morning. Kevin gave accurate and easy to follow check in directions so the whole process was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for us! Great location- short walk to everything, cozy, just the right size for 2, spectacular views from the balcony, the pool and hot tub are a bonus! Loved it and owner was available for any questions.

Hard to find
finding the property was difficult. Despite phone connection with owner Maps couldn’t find it and needed to ask workmen around the area. Once we found it, all was well. Nice patio and view. The blinds were damaged but we’re serviceable for our 1 night stay. The location is in the centre of the action. Parking was also good.

The apartment was perfect for our visit to Whistler. Right in the Village you could walk everywhere. It was a little small for our two large bags of luggage although we managed. Kevin’s instructions for check in were perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

Great contactless check in, nice property. Underground parking is very small, not enough spots for all the rooms. Room is quite small. But has a nice bathroom, balcony & view. Downsides: had to prewash dishes from previous guests (food stuffs visible on glasses & in blender) & duvet cover needed a wash (mustard on white duvet from previous guest)

Was exactly as pictured! Cozy spot in the middle of Whistler Village. The room and the building in general had everything we needed and more. Host was friendly, responsive, and gave excellent recommendations of things to do and restaurants to try.

This place was FANTASTIC! The bed was very comfortable, and it was a great location. The host was easy to get a hold of, and it was easy to check in and out. The kitchen area is small and very basic, but it had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again.

The suite was fine although it could have used more spaces/hooks for drying things. As I was by myself it was okay. I found it hard to find the building since I didn't bring my GPS unit. It is in a crowded area with a lot of pedestrian traffic and limited parking for one wanting to stop and inquire about building numbers. I found the allotted parking spaces quite tight. On the other hand the key pads for entry worked flawlessly unlike some in other places I have stayed. And the person at the front desk who confirmed that I had found the correct building was very friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The suite is in easy walking distance of both the village centres and the room had everything it needed. The thermostat controlled gas fireplace for heating is a nice touch. I had never stayed in the north village area and was surprised at how extensive it is. there is even an outdoor skating rink amidst the decorations.

What a suite!
I would definitely book this suite again when the Lobby renovations are finished. We were not aware that the Lobby would be under construction and not accessible (Sept 15 - Oct 29) and that the pool, gym, hot tub and laundry are only accessible through the Lobby. We had to access Whistler Village thru the parking garage on foot (very ghetto). The suite was awesome and perfectly located. Once again would book without hesitation after Oct 2021.

This is the second time we have stayed at Alpenglow in Whistler. We love how central the location is, right in the heart of Whistler village; it's always clean; the hosts are friendly; and it's easy to navigate the parking/checkin process. Always recommend to friends and family!

Overall it was a good stay. The location was great and perfect for 2 people. Only downside was checking in. Check in time was 4pm and the room had just begun getting cleaned at 4pm, and we had to stand outside for 35 mins waiting for them to finish cleaning it. Staff wasn’t very helpful in that situation unfortunately.

Cozy and convenient
For a solo remote work getaway, this suite fit the bill perfectly. I liked the gas fireplace, comfortable bed and the balcony with a mountain view. It comes well equipped, even for an extended stay.
