« We chose the hottest days of the year to stay so the room was boiling, fortunately we took a fan with us but the owner also gave us another too. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs good shower but the toilet flush was slow, plenty of tea/coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner. Easy breakfast idea in dining room lots of choice (but no cooked) we knew b4 so never worried us. I thought it was good value for the money more than happy. Big bonus there was parking and 10 min walk...

« This property is full of character and interest. There is a lounge with an honesty bar, also a small fridge with bottles of real milk that you can help yourself to. Outside there is a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sun and watch the harbour side activity. Our room wasn’t large but had all you needed for a comfortable stay, although I would have liked a small hand towel. « Room was lovely . However there was lumps of hair on the carpet where it had not been hoovered . no toilet brush in the room . Black bits on the bed . milk splashes on the wall socket and on the little drew the tea was in . VERY hot in the room and hotel . Lovely coffee from the coffee shop . Bath room lovely and clean nice soap and shower gel . Plenty of towels . Lovely helpful staff . Breakfast was ok . Lift dirty . no beach view we had a brick wall for a view . Hotel setting was beautiful...
