« Was in town to go to the Tank Museum. Lovely property that was a 5 minute drive to the museum. There was an attached restaurant that was very reasonably priced and a nice continental breakfast that came with the room rate. The rooms were clean and functional. The doors were charming and opened with an old school key. For better or worse, the doors were also older wooden doors and not terribly good at keeping the outside noise out. »

« Le seul point négatif: besoin d’un nettoyage plus soutenu dans la salle de bain: beaucoup de traces de moisissures. Aussi, la chambre est très petite -ce qui peut être ok car on y va pour dormir- mais sans endroit pour accrocher les vêtements. Pour le reste: personnel très gentil et accueillant, sommeil réparateur, vue superbe. »

« A beautiful pub with stunning garden and setting, great food and beer selection. Staff are really helpful and attentive. Rooms are a little old but still very comfy and have everything you need. I stayed for business in the area but a great place for a holiday stop as well! »

« Le 4/5 pour le quartier est à relativiser. Il n'y a pas grand chose dans les environs. Mais c'est pour cela que c'est bon ! En somme, excellent pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité du Dorset, glauque pour les "excités". »
