« The beach view and beach were wonderful! There was lots of fun stuff to use for the beach. The house was clean and very well stocked. There was lots of towels to use and any kitchen equipment and utensils you could think of. The only complaint was the water pressure in the master bath was pretty weak but manageable. »

It started with poor communication by the host and then went to ghosting communication on the day of arrival. We had requested an early check in if at all possible but never received a response. Arrived 15 minutes before arrival with absolutely no check in instructions to find a back sliding glass door wide open, could view through the windows that all bed sheets were off and unmade and a huge pile...

« We loved the cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the back porch/patio. Walking distance to downtown Pt. St Joe was great. Beds were very comfortable and the little details like bottled water and snacks as well as treats for our dog was a very nice surprise. Highly recommend the cottage. Perfect for two people. One bed decent, the other hard, but that is a personal opinion. Better than average kitchen essentials( although I suggest you bring larger tongs for grilling) The oven was the only negative. Needs to be replaced due to the temperature control not being readable and the stovetop heating...

« We had high hopes for this property but left four days early due to unsafe and unsanitary conditions throughout the unit. Upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned — dirty linens and wet towels were on the washer, and the kitchen had almost no supplies. Within minutes of arriving, a deck rocking chair structurally collapsed when I sat in it, causing me to fall and bruise my hip.
