Endroit bien situé dans notre itinéraire en vélo. Commodité minimum mais très propre. Salle à manger avec spectacle. La plus mauvaise note va au déjeuner. moins que minimum compte tenu qu'il n'y a aucune alternative dans le secteur. (nous étions en vélo)

Super bel endroit! Lieu tranquille et reposant. Service exceptionnelle et bonne nourriture. Surtout un rapport qualité-prix remarquable. Gorgeous location. Calm and relaxing spot. Exceptional service and great food. What most stood out was the remarkable bang for your buck.

The building is historical, nice property. Beautiful area and super cute town. The room was nice, although for the price I would like to have a real breakfast. I don't know if they do that on weekdays, but I was there overnight on Saturday and got two muffins in the fridge and coffee. I think it's worth it for the experience.

Thanks for your comments. The restaurant currently offers continuous service for lunch and dinner daily. We do offer a modest breakfast offering in the fridges of our guest rooms consisting of muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, bottled juice and Keurig coffee/tea pods. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Quaint Inn
This hotel is a quaint cute Inn nestled in a town of Westport. The entrance way takes you back to the late 1800's. Our 2nd floor room had a great view of the Upper Rideau Lake. The hotel was clean, accommodating and staff was friendly. We ate at the Cove Inn restaurant where there was a great live band. Highly recommend this hotel and a fun weekend spot if you are traveling around Westport

Loved the eclectic, one of a kind rooms. Large, special rooms with lots of lovely amenities. In the heart of the village. Dining room/ pub was amazing. Super welcoming staff. Service was superb while being low key. Loved it

Confusion as to where front desk/ check in was. Meal was not served hot and was of poor quality considering price. Staff were pleasant enough. Chairs were left soaking wet after the rain, had to use towels from our room to dry them so we could enjoy the lovely front porch. Extremely loud air conditioner.

Very sorry to hear this review.Check in desk is right at the front with directional signage. All of our AC units are new and low volume. We will look into this. We have had extremely consistent favourable reviews on our food. I'm sorry it was not up to par for you.Rain can be a challenge for any outdoor patio restaurant. Sorry your chair was not wiped to your liking.We sincerely hope to garner better review from your next experience at The Cove!

Room expensive relative to B&B’s in the area. There was no radio or television in the room. The breakfast was minimal, left in the fridge. All lights and fridge were unplugged and we had to literally move furniture to connect for lighting.

Isn't it! Bittersweet that we have lost the Fredenburgh House across the street but it sure makes for a better view of the Upper Rideau from the Main Inn! Thanks for coming!

The staff go the extra mile to make sure all iOS well. Rooms are clean, comfortable and efficient! Did not need a TV. Food ini the restaurant was also excellent and service top notch! We will return again !

Rented a room and had supper downstairs listening to live music. Staff were amazing, food was amazing, our room was so cozy. We went back down for lunch before we left. I can't say enough positive things about our entire stay there. Highly recommend :)

Friendly staff and quick check in but left out a most important bit of information. Old country inn, nicely appointed, old pine floors in our room. Very clean, comfortable mattress. Nice bathroom BUT A couple of loud trucks went by in the night. Fortunately, a quiet long weekend but would have been a problem at a busier time We knew it would be a continental breakfast but did not know we would have to eat it in our room. Brought back bad memories of motels in the Time of Covid. Plastic wrappings and containers, and plastic spoons. Hence low eco-rating. Heating by baseboard heaters which could be turned off, on, and higher but no thermostat for setting at a comfortable temperature. Pure guess work. Biggest problem - A very thick and warm duvet on the bed. We woke up around three o'clock drenched in sweat. We got out a couple of towels and tried sleeping under them but got cold. Since we had no way of setting the baseboard heaters without the possibility of setting the temperature too high, we just gave up and left the hotel at 4 am.

We loved how cozy, clean and quaint this place was!! The convenience of the restaurant within the building and great food atmosphere and musical entertainment made it extra nice! We loved our room # 22 that had 2 window views of water. I would definitely rebook here!

The Inn was quiet get away and the staff friendly . Our room was very clean only issue was our view was of the side parking lot . No restaurant or coffe shop open in the morning so a little difficult to get a bit .

Thanks for your review Paul. Sorry about the side parking lot. Hope there were no issues with noise there. As for breakfast dining, admittedly, there are few choices in town. Hopefully this will be rectified soon.
