I was asked for a last minute deposit in addition before getting an entrance code and proof of ID and when inquiring for help with a check in form. It was not a simple straightforward process and my phone was dying after traveling and working all day. I found things broken and leaking and wanted to report it so it wasn’t put on me for the deposit and they required I send videos which I was not able to download. It was a real hassle...
