Hotel juste pour dormir
Hotel un peu perdu dans une zone industrielle. Au final je regrette la réservation trop loin de Aberdeen (je pense qu'on aurait eu le même souci avec celui de l'aéroport). Après une journée de visite, nous n'avons pas voulu reprendre la voiture pour aller à Aberdeen (~20 min pour l'aller). Nous n'en avons donc rien vu. Pour le repas nous nous somme rendus chez Tesco assez proche pour prendre quelques produits. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Comme dans les autres Hampton by Hilton. La chambre est quasi identique à celle de la chaîne visitée à Edimbourg et Dundee avec des petits détails qui diminuent la qualité (Hansgrohe à la place de Grohe sur les robinetteries, etc.). Disons que c'était le moins bien des 3 Hampton by Hilton visité dans notre séjour. Mais il est bien au dessus de celui d'une chaîne concurrente plus cher que nous avons eu. Au moins le parking est gratuit.

Not usual standards
Welcoming and very comfortable. Had booked into Westhill but were transferred to Airport. Very quiet which was unexpected being so close to the airport. Usual good breakfast. Noticed tables were not wiped down which was always done in other Hamptons we've stayed in, also no daily newspapers. Very little around but an excellent carvery/eatery 5 minutes walk away. Rooms only serviced every 3 days but this was not a problem for us. Our problem was parking as offshire workers leave their cars when flying out to rigs. We came back one evening and no spaces in car park. A staff member moved her car to let us have her space. The following night we had to park on their grass. We felt we could not go out in the car during the day in case we could not get our space back. It was very tying and very inconvenient. The staff were understanding and helpful wirh this issue but really not suitable for us.

The room was very clean and looked amazing and the bed was so firm Altho the bed was very noisy during our night time activities and squeaked a lot and was my first time going beyond a Premier Inn or Travelodge and I wasn’t expecting that from a Hilton if I’m honest but overall stay was good and breakfast was excellent

Staff, Hotel, room, gym were all brilliant. Food on the other hand was not so good. Burgers were tasteless, bun was soft in the middle and hard on the outside. Breakfast, eggs and coffee were disgusting. Went and got a mcdonalds.

Worst breakfast ever
Really disappointed in breakfast - no milk no bread no juice as machine broken, hot food ran out just after 9, no staff and had to ask for water

Very welcoming and clean hotel. Bed was so comfortable and bathroom perfect. The only negative was the cooked breakfast which was not pleasant at all. However there was a good selection of cereals, toast and pastries.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and comfortable rooms. Restaurant and bar were however a great disappointment. Dinner appeared come straight from a microwave.

Avoid the Food!
Newish hotel, room nicely appointed and tidy. Food on the evening was NOT good. The restaurant was reasonably quiet but the food took around 45mins to arrive. When it did it was very cold (Lasagne). I returned it to the Manager who gave no apologies, just took it back to the kitchen. Another 25mins later a 2nd Lasagne arrived...it was average! Breakfast - 6 out of 10

Prima zaken hotel
Prima hotel, mooie ruime kamer, prima receptie. Maar het ontbijt was echt onder de maat voor een hotel uit deze klasse. Met veel zakelijke & offshore klanten is het onbegrijpelijk dat een warm ontbijt pas vanaf 7 uur beschikbaar is; vanaf 6 uur is er alleen continental. En dus zitten gasten te wachten totdat de kok klaar is - heel bizar. Verder is het niet heel erg smakelijk; koffiemachine melk wordt niet bijgevuld, en ook zo voor juice - dagenlang. Soms zijn de croissants heerlijk vers, de andere dag duidelijk van een dag eerder. Fruit cocktail is niet vers, smaakloos. Beperkte keuze, geen muesli (wel cornflakes) en er is alleen maar naturel yoghurt. Voor een 2-sterren hotel was dit allemaal acceptabel geweest, maar niet voor een 3-sterren hotel. Sorry voor het 'gezeur', maar daarom een middelmatige score op comfort terwijl het hotel & staf zelf prima zijn!

Not bad
Nicely presented hotel but seemed very quiet during my stay and lacked atmosphere. Reception staff were very friendly. The rooms are clean and looked new. However, the pillows were so soft they were unusable which resulted in poor sleep. The food was nice, but there was a lack of choice and all orders were meant to be placed via an app. What's happened to good old restaurant service??

My weeks visit to parents in Aberdeen.
Stay was very good, staff were excellent and kept us informed about caronavirus updates, as we recieved a continental breakfast the morning we left sat 21st march. All nice ,just have to get into the way of heating system in room either to hot or too cold! We will return. Thankyou. Stay safe.

Weekend break
