The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast 6-10:30 am, oat milk option for coffee. Room was very quiet, firwst view.

Cancelled our room last minute and moved us to a Hampton Inn which was very nice however we had booked a 1 bedroom suite and the room at all he Hampton did not have a private room.

Clean and comfy
Residence Inn was clean and comfortable, very close to restaurants and stores. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and the pool was clean. We booked a junior suite for 4 of us. It was spacious and had a full-sized fridge, a double electric burner, sink and microwave in the kitchenette. Five minutes from Nashoba Valley skiing. Reasonably priced. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice Room , Public Entrance Not So Much
The room itself was clean and comfortable. Some wear and tear but that is to inspected. Individual HVAC was noisy. When you enter it doesn't look as good as the rooms. Didn't eat the breakfast so no comment. All in all it was okay because one does not sleep in the lobby.

Whenever I’m in Westford I stay at the Residence Inn. It never fails to deliver a comfortable, clean and pleasant stay. Thor breakfasts are good.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. It was great to have all of the room amenities. The area has a nice shopping plaza nearby with a great Italian restaurant. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The area around and the hotel were spotless. There were multiple entry points for guests and this was helpful for me since I had to go out and stretch a lot, trying not to use my cane. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The only thing that I did not enjoy was the noise from the other guests, mostly from the children during breakfast. They were so loud and extremely messy. Parents did nothing!! I felt so bad for the staff cleaning up after them constantly but the staff were so friendly, patient and just cleaned up every time with no fuss or complaining. I made sure to thank them for their hard work. Every staff member was courteous and kind despite the crudeness of these entitled kids and their families. THANK YOU to all the staff for making our experience wonderful!

Was a pleasant stay, calm and well maintained, no complaints. Would stay there again. We checked in pretty late in the night and the lady at the reception was so welcoming and helpful in making it a no hassle checkin, thank you!

The hotel itself was nice but I changed rooms more than once because of maintenance issues. They have me the same line they did when I stayed last year and that is that they changed hands many times and are now catching up with maintenance. Really after a year you can’t seem to make sure the shower doesn’t leak and that things that are broken are fixed? The staff was great in helping with the issues and the location and overall hotel is still nice but for the prices I paid, I expect better.

Room was really nice. We had a suite with two bedrooms and we certainly appreciated the common area and dedicated bathrooms for each bedroom.

I booked the two bedroom suite. More than enough room for a family; full kitchen, comfortable beds, TV in each room and free breakfast each morning. Staff were friendly and more than willing to assist you. And for the best homemade ice cream around visit Kimball Farm a few miles down the street. Kimball's also has Miniature Golf, Bumper Boats and so much more.
