« The guest house was conveniently located to Rt 86, yet was very remote and quiet. This was our first stay at a Vrbo, and check-in/out and the stay went smoothly. « Lovely home located on Sparkling ponds winery property! The house has 3 bedrooms (all queen beds) and 2 full baths with a nice size kitchen (with so many amenities), dining room table for 4 and another area for 2 to dine. « For the 3 of us, it was great. We enjoyed the Presque isle hiking trails, kayaking and boat tour spread out over 3 days. Local meadery was a nice find. Campfire Friday and Saturday nights. « Great location, able to walk everywhere- market, restaurants, church, and the lake. Plenty of bedroom space, well appointed kitchen. Most is in good condition. Nice big dining table and chairs for meals and games. Easy parking. Drawbacks- steep, narrow staircase to beds and bathroom. Several uneven thresholds. These can trip even the careful. I don’t think I would recommend for elderly or small children because of stairs. That being said, the place had old fashioned charm with modern comforts. »

« We absolutely love it here, & what a delightful surprise to find that Dave had remodeled & upgraded the one bed/one bath to two bed/two bath! It is just a gorgeous space, perfect for us. We love the fire pit in the morning, to make a fire & have our coffee & tea out there by the lake. The whole experience is so good, we've already made our reservations for next year.
