Etat vétuste en général, plomberie très vielle, fuites importantes dans la douche et dans le réservoir des WC, réparations de fortune qui ne tiens pas, fortes odeurs bizarres, Personnel agréable et sympathique mais qui ne savent "peuvent" rien y faire à la situation de la chambre Emplacement idéal sur l'autoroute entre le tunnel et l'aeroport

Calme malgré l'autoroute
Une étape sur notre parcours. Bon accueil, hôtel propre. L’accès n'est pas pratique car nous étions sur l'autoroute dans l'autre sens et nous avons du faire demi tour quelques km plus loin afin d’être sur le bon cote de l'autoroute. Par contre on n'entend pas l'autoroute c'est assez calme. Satisfait

Prix très abordable et c'est tout
Hotel loin de tout transport en commun ( bus 236 qui passe toutes les 2heures et a partir de 10h30, ne circule pas le samedi et dimanche, arrêt a presque 15 - 20 minutes de marche de l'hotel, taxi vous mène de l’hôtel à la station de train Oxted (plus proche ) pour 10£ . La chambre beaucoup d'humidité, joints de salle de bain noir, pas de douchette (uniquement pomme de douche), design de la chambre fait assez vieux, pas de cable sur la tv (uniquement chaine anglaise), WIFI gratuit et bonne réception, personnel de l'accueil gentil et serviable

Que des bons souvenirs. Hotesses d'accueil adorables qui nous ont parfaitement renseignés pour l'organisation de notre voyage vers la capitale : gare, train, horaires, parking. Nous retournerons dans cet hôtel prochainement.

Limite pour une chambre dite familiale avec un couchage à même le sol ! Ni shampoing ou savon individuel mis à disposition mais un simple distributeur qui plus est ne fonctionnait pas. Hôtel localisé sur une aire d'autoroute, si vous souhaitez vous balader vous n'aurez pas d'autres choix que de reprendre votre voiture. en conclusion, bien pour une escale mais sans plus

calme même s'il est sur une aire d'autoroute
Personnel très gentil, chambre propre même si ce n'est pas neuf. Difficile a trouver si vous n'êtes pas sur l'autoroute. Super la chambre pour quatre avec l'arcade qui sépare la chambre enfants et adultes... Ce sont deux vrais lits pour les enfants. Mac Do juste en face.

Noisy location at the service area on the motorway. Property condition and maintenance was average. Wifi is not secure. The good news is a friendly snd helpful staff. And 20 minutes from LGW airport.

Friendly, helpful staff but this property in the services was just grim. Very dated and rusting facilities. A man who was clearly high, was hanging about when we returned in the evening, very uncomfortable setting.

The property is really run down. The room door handle was falling off, the bathroom had soap stains, the carpet smelt of animals. The bed was ok and it’s fine for a cheap stay over night but really needs money spent on it. The pet policy of allowing animals in the room is problematic as the smells permeate the rooms.

Our pet policy is we have one corridor designated for pets on the ground floor, however this isn't always possible as guest's will turn up without telling us they have a pet! The staff here were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The actual hotel was at a service station so could be quite noisy at times, but it definitely served its purpose for us personally. The actual things in the hotel were quite dated and old fashioned, the double bed was comfortable, however the double sofa bed was terrible and uncomfortably thin. The place was however clean, even tho it may of not ‘looked the part’ definitely a great stop off place if you need a quick break on your travels, but could not be used to ‘relax’ because of the noise and business of the place etc. Staff however couldn’t have been better, we had a problem with the toilet door and within 5 minutes they were there fixing it! Brill x

The property was clean and good value. Although located at the services we did not hear any noise. Bed was very comfortable. The services themselves felt run down with a lack of places to eat as many of them were shut. However good pub in Westerton which was only 5 mins away using the key code to exit and enter through Clacket Lane

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Although the room was clean the building really needs an update. There also needs to be more electricity sockets and phone charging facilities in the rooms, particularly beside the bed. Most hotels have this facility. Also room keys need to be updated. Very few hotels use traditional keys now.

Really friendly staff, large clean room with 2 coffee options, and big TV. However, these motorway services are really run down. They have really poor food options and an appalling supermarket. The hotel is in need of a refresh, the carpets look sticky! As a cheap place to sleep it is fine, but the hotel and general services seem like something from 20 years ago.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the facilities look like they have been forgotten by the company. Printer didn't work on arrival, not did the card machine or the reception keyboard. Wasn't expecting much for the price and the room was fine. Bed was actually very comfortable

Stayed here a few times but it’s now showing it’s age. Stair carpet is worn out, now grubby. Room was clean, fresh bedding and fluffy white towels, but taps dripped and toilet seat just came off. The staff were helpful and professional. It’s a budget hotel and we paid a budget price but not sure we’ll stay again until renovated.

Very helpful staff
I received a very friendly welcome on arrival. During the night i had some issues and went to see reception. I was greeted by Liam on the desk and he was fantastic. So helpful in resolving my issue and then making sure i had everything I needed. Some of the best service I've ever received.
