« Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. »

« Come for the views and stay for the breezes! Super private and very comfortable villa with a lovely infinity pool and nice outdoor spaces. We loved our stay - the kitchen was very well-equipped, the beds were comfy, and we appreciated having all the games, pool toys and snorkel equipment. « So wifey and I got back from a week in St. Kitts at Penny and Rick’s amazing villa where we spent a week celerating her birthday. It's hard to put in words how great this place is. On the East end with almost zero traffic except for the other peeps that are staying in the area. Ridiculously quiet!! First off, the pool! Arguable one of the best private pools we've enjoyed in the many Carib VRBO's weve rented on multiple islands. Very clean. A perfect temo and a view of the sea and Nevis to die...

« We had a wonderful week. House was well equipped, beautiful and slept 10 of us very comfortably. St. Kitts is a beautiful island and we did and saw so much. It’s very easy to get around and the people we are amazing. The only downside is that the walkable beach to the house is not regularly maintained and had a lot of seaweed. We still enjoyed it and drove a few minutes to the Caribbean beaches. »

« I don't think I can say enough about the coconut farm. Location was fantastic and the property itself was awesome. The view over the palm trees to the ocean and Nevis was just stunning. My children really enjoyed the animals there, from being greeted by Ginger the cat in the morning, going to pet the dogs and tortoises. Bacchus the property manager was so nice and helpful. We explored other beaches but found that the beach by the property was the best and it is where people staying elsewhere...

« Amazing space and garden. The host has thought of everything, like a slow cooker so that you can prepare your meals to be ready when you return from the beach. A can opener, and even a beach towel.
