« Checked in during a power outage, already not off to a good start. The staff was extremely apologetic. Originally, room was on 4th floor. NOT A GOOD THING. They did everything they could. Another guest decided not to stay. They immediately changed out the room and escorted us down the hall on the 1st floor. We never took advantage of the free snack. Within 20 minutes of debating whether or not to to stay in a dark non climate controlled room with a 125 lb St. Bernard mix-the power came back on....
