« I didn’t give a 5 because although everything was so nice, there was a mandatory power outage from 11 pm to approximately 7:00 am. This put a bit of a damper on the continental breakfast and of course it was a very dark room. We were given a nice little flashlight to help us. Very much appreciated. Room smelled fresh and it was clean. Beds were great. Front desk personnel was super nice, too. »
