« We were very impressed with the property manager's prompt communication and ability to respond to questions in less than an hour. Bed was very comfortable (you just never really know and we're picky!) and really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel (smelled great!) in the bathroom. I even went through Vrbo support w/a live agent to confirm it was legit. It asks you to take pictures, scan your ID, etc so I was very on-edge of this being a scam. « Overall the place was nice. Kitchen did not have any hot pads, had to use a tea towel to remove pan(s) from stove/oven. A shelf in the shower would've been nice as there is no space for toiletries on the rim of the tub. Only place to hang towels was above the toilet on the opposite side from the shower - need to put a hook on the wall next to shower to hang towel for when get out. Only 2 towels were provided for 2 adults staying for 6 nights - had to wash them (thankful there was a washer/dryer...
