We discovered a wet brown stain on the floor when we checked in and the only other option to change was a twin room. We accepted to switch but this felt like a downgrade. It was dusty, the TV wasn’t working — in general, amenities were lacking.

Staycations Maldon Suites
Very convenient location next to the car park close to where I was going on my short spring holiday. The rooms had a comfortable big bed and a lovely bath, separate shower and toilet. Thank you.

Ilford Tower Apartments
It would be great to have more of the basic home appliances available in the house from the start, such as: broom, mop, iron table and some cleaning products. We had to call a member of staff more than once within a week.

Holiday Home in Leafy Location convenient for Central London and Kent.
We had a great stay and Paolo our host was so accommodating and kind. The house was lovely and warm and exactly as described.
