« Stayed for 10 days with my family. It was easy to find located right on the beach. Stunning beach and view. We loved the screened in porch. This beach house had everything you could want and then some. Washer dryer, a/c, plenty of hot water, really nice landscaping and parking. While there the owner had two new paddle boards delivered to the house which was really nice of them. Everything worked perfect. There are easy steps down into the ocean. Freshwater picket right out front to wash the sand...

« Family of all ages had the most wonderful time. Huge house with everything you could need. What’s best: the location. Start and end your day on the ocean view porch. Take a walk up and down the beach. Go from private beach walk, up to the Banana Bay restaurant…eat, drink, swim, relax. Dave and Yvounger are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. Communication was prompt and overly helpful with getting us prepared for our stay. Yvounger met us at the car rental and brought us back to the...

« Fantastic property, we had a group of 10 guys, two boats, worked out great being very close to the inlet and nice calm canal to dock the boats. The main house was very spacious and well appointed, as well as the annex and canal house. Would definitely stay again, the versatility of being able to choose 4, 5 or 8 bedrooms really worked out for us. »

« Our stay was amazing! The hosts were very accommodating for our crew which changed at the last minute due to flight cancellations. They were easy to communicate with and responded promptly. We had everything we needed at the house and plenty of room for all of us. Check in was simple and straightforward and the house (and entire property) was clean and well maintained! The kids enjoyed the pool and the games in the pool house! We will definitely be back! »

« We work hard, live in the center of a busy growing city. We were looking for some peace. We didn't want to be close to the crowds and wanted to veg on a beach.Condo came with a car for getting groceries and a short drive to the beach. Banana Bay is just a down the road, 5 bucks for lounge rental, bar and canteen. Fresh menu, ate there most days and walked the beach. Thanks for the much needed rest. »
