Very nice guest laundry. Guest kitchen area is very nice. Sadly, it is quite close to a very busy road and the noise was bothersome in the morning and evening.

Nice and quick freeway access
Long drive from Brisbane, wanted to stay somewhere close but North of Sydney. This place was very for the price and 10min drive to the freeway.

I had a family room with my 2 Daughters.We were on the Coast to catch up with family who wont be able to attend my daughters wedding in March.Love how there was complimentary bottled water in our fridge.There was an assortment of biscuits. The next morning house keeping knocked on door and asked if we needed any more water biscuits toilet paper etc . These small thing made our stay more relaxing without having to ring reception for the small things

I remember staying here around 40 years ago so was familiar with the location. My stay was comfortable and not much noise. The reception was courteous and organised and room was spotless. I would be happy to stay here again.

Lots of noise from other tenants and the property is old and could do with some renovations. The highway is noisy. Check in says 2pm on the website but the man said it was 3pm when we got there.

Loved the newly remodeled bathroom. The reset did show it age but was clean. Pool was also,showing its age. Staff were helpful and friendly. One bad thing was my rental car was damaged by the car next to me and now I am responsible for damage I have not caused!

The property’s appearance was run down. The shower had black grouting (mould) in it. The traffic noise both day and night stopped me from sleeping even when I bought earplugs. Very aged and any renovations were down very cheaply. Would definitely not recommend it at all.

We had a box trailer. No where on the website or booking did it state no trailers. There was a sign in reception stating no truck trailer parking with the picture of a truck trailer. Whilst unpacking reception felt the need to come and look in our room then came back a second time to say they trailer couldn’t be in the corner park it was in and in fact they didn’t allow trailers onsite. Without providing option I asked for a refund and stated we would go elsewhere. At this time an option was given. The room smelt like mould. The bathroom floods and goes out to the carpet. We had to make a water barricade with towels. The driveway access is extremely narrow only allowing for one car at a time. Needing to get round two corners of the building there are no mirrors to see if a car is coming the opposite way therefore this could be dangerous as the only option is to reverse out.
