« Everything was absolutely amazing! The rooms and areas were clean and inviting. The pool was an aquatic center full of things to do and even a waterfall from the ceiling! The front desk people were the most courteous and helpful. They even had a guide pamphlet to help us find places to eat (which included a courtesy shuttle within a certain amount of miles) and another helping visitors with activities and things to see in the area. « Good for a short stay, amenities are good at this price. The staff seemed not friendly; I'm not sure, maybe I'm from Canada, so I was expecting more generosity, but that's optional. There was some kind of moisture smell in the room.. »

« The hotel stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, the cleaning was terrible, and there was a strong, awful smell in the corridors. The manager even said they cook in the rooms, which is a fire hazard and a huge safety issue. Despite booking a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of smoke. The entire property should be non-smoking, but even the rooms failed this standard. I would give zero stars if I could—completely unacceptable. »
