I ended up not staying there because this establishment tried charging my card three times prior to arrival and when I contacted them they advised me that they were canceling my room even though I had agreed to pay upon arrival.

This was an over night trip and arranged with distant close by. Should we be around the same area again, I would stay there again.

The room was very clean. The blankets were old, but I bring my own blanket anyway. The microwave and fridge worked great. The ac was was nice and cold. The ice machine was out. But there’s a sonic right next door. It was a quiet area. I enjoyed my stay and suggested it to my friends. I will definitely go there again.

When we arrived at 7:30pm checked in I asked for the Wi-Fi passcode that I had to pay extra for even through it is advertised as free Wi-Fi I was told they did not have Wi-Fi to provide. Very disappointed after paying extra for it. Shower was not clean. Advised the front desk and was told cleaning would take place between 10-11am. Shower head was nasty with buildup and there was NO HOT water. Other than that the beds were ok

Never returning !
I booked a room there over the weekend the 9-11th I get there to check and and the man behind the desk tells me that they pretty much gave my room away so you telling me me and my friends almost didn’t have any where to sleep because you guys gave our room away that mind you I booked in advanced very unprofessional I booked for a reason not for you to just give our room away .

Worthless waste of time
We booked they hotels.com for a ground floor wheelchair accessible, one king, non-smoking. Website showed 7 still available when I booked. I received a confirmation. We arrived to site to be given a 2nd floor room. I refused, no elevator, no access for wheelchair. Had to stay ground floor, 2-Queen beds. My husband couldn’t hardly stand up from commode. I had to go store & buy toilet lift. Dead bugs lined the outer wall on the floor. Bed had a very bad slope to the middle. Miserable stay.

Horrible Stay
Beds were dirty had hair under sheets and stains and burn holes in blanket's in a non-smoking room. The bathroom had dead bugs in the bath tub. Had a really dinge smell to the room as well. TV did not work. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I chose this location because it was cloee to the event we need to be at early the following morning but I should have just stayed further.

The service started bad from the beginning of the stay. I reserved a king size bed and got two queens. They were sold out of king size beds but never communicate with me in regards to the situation. We stayed in the double bed and told them when a king size bed was available to let me know took them 3 days for that to happen. The room was suppose to be non smoking but smelled like smoke and the nighbors were smoking weed the smell was horrible. The bed had bugs and the shower curtin was dirty. I had to disinfect everything. We had to stay there due to work and the choices were limited.. cleaning needs to improve and pest control is needed. Oh and a maintence on the refrigerador too. Needs improvement especially since workers like me stayed there due to work we at least want a decent clean room to sleep in after a long day of work.

Not enough parking.. beds were very old and nasty . No mattress protectors.. rust all in bathroom. The place needs updated and cleaned up . I would never recommend anyone staying here.

Nice Location
Room was very nice and had just been remodeled. Location was perfect even if it had been in a large town. Management on site and was very observant and helpful. They were remodeling the upstairs when I stayed. Great place to stay. Hoping Covid restrictions lift soon so we can go back to getting some breakfast when staying.

They do the bare minimum just to make money
The rooms looked to be updated , towels were small and well used , we asked for water and they would not supply one bottle, had to park way down at the end as the owner parked his car at the front , they used the covid excuse not to serve anything for breakfast, they also used the covid excuse not to have the swimming pool open. I guess they are going to milk the covid deal as long as they can to benefit themselves financially, The hotel was full . The Indian owners were growing a garden in the back of the hotel beans and other vegetables. Hope they figure out one day that only making money should not be the end reward of having a business. It would be nice if customer service came back into play, The lady cleaning the rooms was buying water bottles with her own money to give it to the guests.

I signed up for a non-smoking room, king and got a very smoky double bed.. when pursued, finally got the non-smoking room, king I asked for; but was giving key card to wrong room and told they were out of rooms initially.

Hotel clerk gave me a entry card to a occupied room!! This was a very unsafe situation that could have ended up in a very bad way!! The staff needs to have a better practice on that issue!!
