room smelt like pure cigarettes. tried opening a window and keeping the ac unit on and absolutely nothing worked. the smell was horrible since it was only in the room. the hallway felt like a breath of fresh air. so much for a non smoking room…do better on keeping at least a fabreez or room spray in the room because i know for a fact the employees can smell it every time they walk into that room and to not expect people to say something is concerning. i recommend for you guys to close room 207 for customers or fix the smell.

Upon check in there was a sign on the desk stating that the complimentary continental breakfast was discontinued. It is listed on their website and we were counting on it as part of our time there and wouldn't have to figure out a breakfast. Won't stay there again.

This place is disgusting! It doesn't look anything like the pictures at all! This place is not clean, has no hot water, tub buttons were black, elevator doesn't work, vending machine is empty & doesn't work, staff behind the desk wasn't wearing shoes, the carpeting on the stairs is filthy & had puke on it when we checked out. Tile floors were dirty & sticky. Also had to switch rooms because the rooms had an adjoining door to another room & at midnight the couple next door started fighting and there is no soundproofing under the door. There is at least a 2 inch gap under the door. The beds were super uncomfortable and didn't get any sleep. There was no headboards, but dirty mirrors behind the bed. If we hadn't paid for this room in advance we would have canceled and gone to a much nicer hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again as it was gross, dirty and not kept up.

Shower was dirty, elevator was broke, back door was left open for any incoming none tenant, electrical outlet left uncovered, and broken toilet seat and sink drain seal had make up cap. Not to mention loud tenant at across room till 4am. Ouch. Had a flight the next day and had to actually knock on other room door to have them shut up.

The hotel could be great but on first floor the restroom was broken. The vending machine was broken and empty. The elevator was broken and I just had knee replacement surgery so it was very difficult to go up with luggage. The bathroom in room was not in great condition. We left hotel early

I'd go elsewhere.
I debated leaving after being in the hotel for 30 minutes and if there had been a place close by, I would have went elsewhere. The hallways smelt like cigarettes and the carpets were stained. The room's bathroom had mold in the shower (which did not drain) and the sink smelled like urine when you ran the water. The bed was clean and the bed linens were clean but the bathroom towels were not clean. The walls were so thin I could hear the TV in the next room. There was no staff when I left in the morning at the front desk (even after ringing the bell and waiting) so no one to complain to in person.
