« Terrible experience from start to finish. Hotels.com did not mention any deposit, yet I was later contacted on WhatsApp asking to transfer money, which immediately felt suspicious and unprofessional. The room was unbearable. The hotel directly faces the Port of Beirut, and you are woken up every morning around 6 AM by loud industrial noise. The windows are useless for sound insulation, and the all-glass building turns the room into an oven due to zero insulation. After checkout, I was falsely...

« Support was the only good thing, there was no heating , windows weren't properly tight, wind was blowing inside the chalet. Bathroom had a foul smell , blinds were broken... And the list goes on and on... 2 stars instead of 1 star because the support was good, but maintenance team is very bad . »

« Beautiful studio apartment! Very well located & nice spacious interior ! Easy parking ! All needed for a nice mountain getaway is there ! Concierge is always there 24/7! Grocery store & casual restaurants walking distance . Simply convenient! »
