However, given the electricity challenges in Lebanon and the generator subscription being limited to 10 amps, we kindly ask you to keep the following in mind:
- Please **turn off the hot water circuit breaker** when using electricity-intensive appliances such as the AC, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, or other high-consumption devices. The concierge will show you this circuit breaker when he delivers the keys to the chalet.

If you encounter any electricity issues, please do not hesitate to contact the concierge even late at night (The contact details of Mihamad, the concierge, as well as David, the host, will be communicated to you in the message intended for check-in instructions, 24 to 48 hours before check-in). Mohamad will be happy to assist you and resolve the problem promptly.

⚡ Note regarding generator electricity costs:
While part of the generator electricity cost is covered by the host, this coverage does not always apply in full for longer stays (such as stays of more than a week or a full month). Any additional electricity consumption may be charged to the guest depending on the duration of the stay and the actual usage. Full details will be shared with you upon confirmation of your réservation (before your request is officially accepted).
