Très bien manque il manque une plage à cette hôtel sinon il faut absolument louer une voiture pour se déplacer la navette n’est pas très efficace

Grand Cayman Holliday-Inn Resort
Nous avons loué une unité autonome avec belle cuisine très fonctionnelle, laveuse-sécheuse, salle de bain spacieuse avec bain tourbillon, lit très confortable et reposant, vue partielle de la mer... L'acceuil de Loyd était exceptionnel!!! Avons soupoé au restaurant une fois et avons trouvé ça bien correct. Bref, tout était parfait sauf que .... TOUTEFOIS, le seul bémole, c'est la localisation de cet établissement sans plage, avec une très petite possibilité de se baigner (en descendant par l'échelle du grand quai..!!). Dommage mais la localisation défavorable de cet établissement sans plage en affecte son évaluation malgré ses très bons aménagements et de l:'excellent service de ses employés...

It is remote. This is good and bad. No shuttle from airport is an issue. To avoid this taxi fees and being stuck in this remote area, it is very highly recommended that you rent a car from the airport for some or all of the trip. They do have a shuttle, but if you are staying for four or more days you will want to have a car to visit Rum Point and Caves.

Quite area, lots of personal space. Restaurant and bar is walk-up, adjacent to pool. The only downside is the property doesn't have a beach access for swimming.

My stay there was fantastic the only issues i have was there was no bottle water in the refrigerator. And hotel should atlease provide 2 bottles of water for all their guests

Yeah it’s a no for me.
Well Renoir at the front desk was rude. I was called and told I needed to vacate my room but had already extended my stay. No one explained the shuttle properly and no one was at fault. Renoir made rude comments about my hair. Anytime I tried to ask a question about pricing, breakfast or the shuttle I was basically shut down and redirected. I was double billed for the $100 deposit. Still waiting on it to be given back. They were not very helpful. We met other people at the hotel they had problems with the front desk staff as well. Basically everyone had the same complaints. The communication about the shuttle pick up points and times was poor. The front desk staffers were either rude or clueless.

This property had a long bumpy inconvenient road with poor transportation to local areas of interest. There werent many fun activities to make you want to stay on the property. The only restaurant was slow service but nice staff. Smoke alarms went off twice! the gym was sad. the beach was sad. the birds were annoying. the concierge desk was not helpful and they were not aware of many activities on the island to choose from. I would not stay here again.

Roaches in the room. Fire alarm at 2:38 am. Dog constantly barking in the room next door turned out to be owned by one of the employees who put it there while they were working. Took 30 min to find a luggage cart. No interest in staying here again. Bright point- Driftwood restaurant was good food and good service.

Great beach area although hard to get into the water during to rocks. Very shallow. Pool was nice and refreshing. The room was ok. Needs updating. Shower was good and hot. Restaurant on the grounds was good.

The stay was fine but they only gave us 1 roll of tissue for 4 guests, no housekeeping was done until we call the front desk and still they did not respond until a second call was made then they told us they had no staff.

Too Noisy
The staff and the grounds were fine. Service and food at the Driftwood was outstanding. My only complaint was the maintenance staff and the blowers and the noise on Monday late afternoon. This needs to be much more judicious and discreet. For over an hour it sounded like we were under attack. While trying to relax on the beach. This was prime relaxation time. Many guests packed up and left, frustrated, like me. Worse, they were using blowers to blow - who knows what - in the same direction as 15-20mph gusts. Do it at a different time. Do it when no one is at the beach. Use straw brooms instead of noisy blowers that sound like chain saws. Get electric blowers that are much quieter. This is a surprising lack of consideration of your guests and their objective - to relax on your grounds.

Size of our room big vuew from window was very nice, the beach was terrible not developed we choose completely breakfast and we didn't received it ,we had ti call the front desk on sunday to have someone pickup our garbage after i call i was told room cleaning is Monday, Wednesday and Friday terrible no one checkin on us.
