Dream vacation
Our long awaited multi generational family holiday at Boggy Sands was a sensational hit with everyone. Starfish One was a perfect base because of its’ location close to both the idyllic private beach and the swimming pool. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, is within walking distance of a supermarket and is the ideal place to relax after a day on the island where the number of activities you can try will always exceed the time available. The beach though, was our main focus and had something for everyone, even some rock pools a little further along the sand. These kept our grandchildren busy for hours. We even had Rav who attended to our every need putting up umbrellas, supplying us with beach toys and body boards etc Thank you Rav. Restaurants are fabulous and it’s easy to get a taxi but we took advantage of the Boggy Sands rental van. Alfanso who manages the apartments communicated before during and after our stay and could not have been more supportive. Thanks to Alfanso, Ge, Rav and the behind the scenes staff who made our stay one that will last long in our memories. Hopefully, we will return. All in all, a 5 star, A plus venue. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boggy Sands. Perfect amount of space for our 2 families with kids between 11 and 17. Tons to do at the beach, pool was a bit cold and in the shade the majority of the afternoon, but still a lovely space for grilling and hanging out. Bayside and the bar next to Dairy Queen are a must experience!

Big Birthday Celebration
Boggy Sands/Starfish 1 is a beautiful property, immaculately maintained. Everyone we interacted with from check-in to check-out was kind, professional and helpful. The condo is so spacious and lovely, the rooftop perfect for sunset cocktails. The beach, a very short walk away, is private, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the wagons for grocery shopping just down the street, the prompt responses to our questions, and the recommendation to contact the amazing Floyd for our transportation. We had a wonderful time at Boggy Sands/Starfish 1!

Excellent friendly service. Beautiful well stocked condo. Great beach with excellent snorkeling. Paddle boards and kayaks. Paddled to and snorkeled the kittiwake sunken ship. Of course excellent close scuba diving. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Family Vacation
Boggy Sands is 100% perfect for family vacations. The staff are easy going and very communicative. The condo is spacious and ultra modern which made our stay extremely comfortable with a 6 yr old, a 2 yr old and a 10 mo old. If you are a group of adults looking for luxury and fun this is also perfect. I would highly recommend this fantastic facility

Boggy Sands is the Best!
Second stay at Boggy Sands and it has only gotten better since our first visit in 2018. Clean well appointed condos with spectacular views from the roof. Close to supermarket for easy shopping. The beach club setup is new from before and really the highlight. Easy access to the private beach with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for all. Pristine waters of seven mile beach are hard to top. Will be back again next year.

Amazing Stay in Starfish 1!
WOW! This place is top notch! The unit and grounds are exactly as pictured. The Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need and the Supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. Boggy Sands provides wagons you can use and take with you to the store. The beach is one of the best spots on the island. Alfanso, the beach attendant is amazing! He will set you up on the beach and keep the kids occupied with crafts and games. Shay and Ruaniek were great answering all of our questions right away. This is a special place and we can't wait to return!

Exceptional Venue
This was a perfect venue for our recent family vacation. The condo is beautiful, spacious and clean. The on site manager, Ruaneik, could not have been more helpful when we needed something, like a car seat. Our unit was only a short walk to a gorgeous, sandy beach, where the beach attendant, Alphonso, was extremely helpful and friendly. There is an enormous bus beach shack on site, loaded with all kinds of equipment. There was never a problem finding an available beach chair. There is also a lovely pool right across from the condo, with two shaded cabanas and hammocks, as well as lounge chairs. The condo is only a short walk away from Foster’s, a major supermarket. We were put in touch with Kerstin, who did a big grocery shop for us prior to our rival for a very reasonable fee. The condo is within walking distance of several good places to eat, including Al Fresco, the Heritage Kitchen and Bayside. We had great meals at all of them. I highly recommend staying at this venue

Beautiful Condo!
Our stay at the Boggy Sands Club was great! The unit is beautiful and so spacious and never felt like we were on top of each other! They have amazing appliances and thought of everything! The beach wagon and cooler bag were very useful for the beach especially with two kids! It’s in a great location, a very short walk to the beach as well as as the supermarket, liquor store and bayside cafe which was delicious! They were constantly in touch in the weeks leading up to the trip and answering any questions I had. We are looking forward to hopefully taking another trip and booking with them again!

Perfect Location with a Private Beach
We took a trip with 5 couples to celebrate a birthday and this property did not disappoint. House was exactly as pictured and kitchen was very well appointed with glassware, insulated cups for the beach, cookware, and even an air fryer. We thought we would cook more but we ended up walking up the street to Bayside for breakfast and mimosas almost every day. Jacques Scott liquor is also right there and there is a wagon to help you carry all your beverages! The private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas was steps away and soooo gorgeous. I already can’t wait to come back next year with family…any group would thoroughly enjoy this property.

Amazing experience
Staying at Boggy Sands was an excellent choice for my family of 6 adults and 1 child. Communication with the property management team was clear and efficient from before we even arrived through check out. The unit we stayed in (Starfish 1) was beautiful, clean, and had everything that we could need. The grocery store was a short walk away and they even provided wagons to take with you which we used to transport groceries back. There were great restaurants nearby as well (walking distance as well as short drives). The private section of the beach was so nice and Alfonso took great care of us - even giving us a beginner paddle board lesson as it was our first time. The beach bus was stocked with tons of fun items and child toys. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Cayman! Thank you for a great stay!

This is a well thought out, well managed and well located property. If you are thinking you need or want something during your vacation it is entirely likely that management has already figured out a way to deliver it. Great communications, pools are lovely, beach access is great, neighbours and not intrusive and property is well maintained in every element. Accommodations are spotless and well supplied. Our stay at Boggy Sands this past week was absolutely wonderful. The condo was beautiful, spacious, modern and much bigger than it looks in pictures. The location was perfect. The North End of the island has the calmest water and beautiful private homes. For a group of 7 (including 3 teenagers), we had more than enough room for everyone to have privacy and space. Private beach area with lounges, umbrellas, canoes and paddle boards was perfect. Supermarket is just a block away as is a great restaurant and liquor store. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Family Vacation Home
We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo is pretty, clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and grill (utensils wise, groceries will be needed). Tank less hot water heater means hot showers for everyone. Super comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of towels. Large washer and dryer. We had 10 ppl total and stayed for 5 nights. 5 adults 4 kids (ages 7-14) and we fit comfortably with room to spare. Never once felt “on top of one another.” The beach is a short walk (3 mins max) and the private access leads out to a nice quiet stretch of seven mile beach. We paddle boarded and sunbathed and snorkeled and kayaked (snorkels, paddle boards, kayak and sun beds all provided). We even had a charter pick us up from the beach to take us out to snorkel the Kittiwake shipwreck about a mile offshore and over to swim near by the ritz and Westin. Grocery store near by was well stocked and in walking distance. Condo came with a little wagon to cart groceries back. There are a few little restaurants and cafes in walking distance as well. The Pizza and frozen drinks at Al Fresco were awesome and just a short walk on a quiet road. What to bring: Pack your own shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and extra toilet paper, there was some provided but very limited quantities. If I had any criticism at all, the pool area left a little to be desired (White plastic furniture and concrete) which was a little disappointing because everything else was so nice. However, between the beach and other excursions we didn’t spend time by the pool. Communication with the home owner and property owner were easy. Booking and check-in was seamless and easy. 10 am check out was a little early but I understand they need to clean before the next guests. We used Kerstin for concierge services, she was on the list of recommendations from the homeowner. She did a round of groceries for us and set up boat charters, dinner reservations and transportation for us. Overall the quality, comfort and location of the home exceeded expectations.

Amazing condo, in a great location, only a short walk from a private section of Seven Mile Beach
To start, the owner and property staff were great, and always quick to answer any questions we had. Check-in was in person, but was super fast and easy and included a tour of the entire facility, and the beach and beach house (a bonus that you don't get with a lock-box!). This unit is absolutely incredible. The photos do not due it justice, because the high ceiling make the rooms look smaller in the photos. Each room is very large, and the attached bathrooms on 3 of the bedrooms made it great for sharing this unit with 4 families (and the kids loved having a big screen TV in each room). This specific unit was great because it was ground floor and facing the pool, so our kids had easy access in and out to get to the pool or beach. We were impressed to see how the kitchen was stocked with several appliances we didn't expect, like a mixer and a blender, and a large selection of cookware. Outside there were a lot of great amenities too. With the pool, a pool house full of pool toys for the kids, 2 hammocks, loungers, 2 BBQs and an outdoor kitchen (with a fridge/freezer so you could bring drinks/freezies out to the pool without worrying about them getting warm). A super short walk down a private path bring you to a private section of Seven Mile Beach. There is also a beach house that you have access to, full of paddle boards, kayaks, beach toys, beach umbrellas, etc. Most of the week, we had the beach to ourselves, and stayed out in the ocean watching the beautiful sunsets. (Don't forget to catch the sunrise from the top of the building too. Where you can also find loungers, chairs and tables for entertaining). We found the location to be very convenient and safe. It is a few minutes drive north of Governor's Beach, just off the main road, and a very short walk to a grocery store, liquor store and some restaurants. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing week here with our 4 families and can't wait to come back.

This property has it all! Quiet, lush area with all the amenities. Host has left out no detail to make their guests comfortable. Condo has lovely decor that matches the chill beach vibe throughout. So easy to relax poolside or on their private beach area. Loved every moment here!

This was our second stay this summer. The condo is exceptional! Everything is there. Incredibly equipped kitchen. Beach gear for the entire family. Very comfortable beds. Lovely pool and cabanas. Beach is private and not crowded. Feels just like home. Can’t wait to come back.

Our 5 kids and 5 adults had perfect accommodations here. You can walk to the grocery store, great snorkeling at cemetery beach just a quick swim away. They have everything on property you could want. Snorkeling gear, stand up paddles, life vests, kayaks. In the condo, appliances were amazing, it was clean and comfortable. They had extra water bottles, ice chests, beach bags! It was great!

Beautiful property with lovely amenities!
This vacation home is definitely on of the best I’ve ever vacationed at! There is no words to describe this place is just everything you can imagine and more ! Ruaniek is the best you can ask for in a host! From the time we got there he took great care of us, he is meticulous and keeps this property in great condition! Very Nice!
Weather and water temperature was perfect at the time of our stay. Condo was in great condition and had everything we needed. Construction people were respectful and never was an issue. Pool area and beach house was so nice! Convenience to grocery store was an added bonus we walked to it and restaurants most of the time.

Fantastic Weekend!
We rented Morne and Jane's place for a long weekend and are already looking forward to our return. The condo is beautifully appointed in every way, and it is clear that a lot of thought went into planning the space. The beach is a short walk from the condo - two or three minutes tops - and offered a great space for sunbathing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and sunset-watching. We were provided with a list of activities and restaurants prior to arrival and enjoyed a great stay. Thank you to Morne and Jane!!

Great place for family vacation
Ten of us stayed at Boggy Sands for ten days over Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for us, two little ones (1 and 3) two teenagers, and our two girls and their husbands. Plenty of nice beach towels and beach toys, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear, even shade tents on the beach. The beach itself is just across the street and gorgeous. My husband and I snorkeled out to the Kittiwake, and our daughter and husband kayaked out and then went in. The reef is easily accessible from shore with lots to see. Our 15 year old granddaughter had the best day of her life here, high praise for a teenager. Our grandson, who just turned one, took his first steps. The 3 year old learned to snorkel, and my husband turned 70. It was a great family trip and we highly recommend this beautiful condo!

Great Stay and EVERYTHING you need!
Just finished a week long stay with 2 families and had a great time. House was perfect for 2 families with young kids. The standout benefit of the place was that everything is provided (except food). We have not been in a rental that had absolutely everything in the house, kitchen, and outside. We didn't need to bring life jackets, floats, coolers, or umbrellas. We will be back!

Don't miss this opportunity - you will regret it! Great place, great management, great experience!!
From the moment we arrived, the whole experience exceeded expectations (which were high to begin with). Everything about the property and the way it's managed will exceed what you'd hope for. Amenities, proximity to the beach, convenience of location, the way you're treated - the best. Let's start with the property - EVERYTHING is top of the line. Appliances, dishes, cookware, amenities, beach things (chairs, snorkel equipment, stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, towels, coolers, etc - it's ALL provided). We were met at the property by Ruaneik, who let us know a mobile phone was provided with the property, with a speed dial to him. Although we didn't use it often, when we did, he always answered the same way, "Hey- Hey, at your service, how can I help?". THAT'S above and beyond. The location: best beach on the island. Every morning was started with snorkeling with 4-8 sea turtles on our private beach. Snorkeling was prime by the coral reef as well. No need to pay for expensive tours, it's in your back yard! Also convenient to great restaurants, beach bars and every other tour you'd want. Can't say enough good things about this place and this island, we will definitely be back!

An excellent place to stay in Grand Cayman!
What you see in the photos is exactly what you will find in person! A brand new, comfortable, high-end unit located in a prime area of 7 mile beach. My family and I truly enjoyed our week long stay at Boggy Sands from breakfasts made in the spacious kitchen, to hanging by the pool or on the rooftop, to the short walk behind the unit to a nice and quiet part of the beach where you can interact with locals and frequently catch a loggerhead turtle swimming by. The owner, Morne, spent time to answer all of our questions before the trip and was available to contact during our stay. We really appreciated his effort to make the unit even more handicap accessible before we arrived (the ramps which were put in at the doorways proved very helpful for some members of our group). We were also pleasantly surprised by all the extra amenities, from beach towels and chairs to SUPs and Kayaks. With multiple restaurants and activities a short drive away, we would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to be close to the action but still have a private and relaxed place to stay. We hope to return soon!

Fully loaded, beautiful condo!
We had a wonderful week at Boggy Sands. Two families (kids ranged from 4-11) shared the condo and there was ample space. Any amenity you can think of was available. We loved the pool and appreciated that toys, floats and life jackets were provided. The beach was gorgeous and there were so many reefs to snorkel around. We fell in love with the family of six sea turtles that swam around every day. The condo was very convenient to Foster’s Market (grocery)- only one block away. Easy to do breakfast and sometimes lunch in and then dinner out. There is so much to explore on this stunning island and Boggy Sands was the perfect home base for us!

Wonderful property with everything you need for a great getaway
Morne's property is much more amazing than anyone could gather from the pictures on the listing. Everything appears brand new and he has all of the extras that you could ever want...kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, beach toy, even masks, snorkels, and fins. We had 5 kids with us and they were never "bored" looking for something to do. We can't wait for the opportunity to get back for our next visit!

Bigger and nicer than the photos
The property itself is wonderful and the proximity to a local grocery store and restaurants made it super simple to pick up a quick bite or grab last minute ingredients to cook at the rental. Our group used the pool, beach and took scuba and stingray/snorkeling excursions. We even got to see the Carnival parade. The only problem we ran into was leaving to go back to work.

Amazing!
Fabulous week at the perfect 4br condo on Seven Mile Beach. Great location convenient to everything. Easy beach access and a great pool. Excellent place for families. Our children didn’t want to leave. Already thinking about booking for next year.

Absolutely wonderful !
We stayed a week with another family on the main floor. We have a son who uses a wheelchair and Morne put in two ramp at locations that were not completely accessible. (Thank you!!)I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The layout and bathrooms worked perfectly for us and our accessibility needs. This condo is just beautiful. The decor, bedrooms, pool area... all make one relaxed and enjoy the island. The kitchen has every gadget and dish you need (grocery store around the corner). The kids (adults too)were happy with the pool out back and the beach was steps away. The paddle boards and kayaks were easy to take to the beach. The beach area is a quiet one although the water is teaming with life. A nice reef is just a bit of a swim away...we saw stingrays and a turtle besides an abundance of cool fish. Very fun! The Caymans are a great place to go for a lovely beach vacation!

Paradise Found!
Wonderful condo (we had the first floor) and it slept all 9 of us wonderfully. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook anything and there are grills also. Solid wifi. The rooftop furniture is very comfortable and stylish. Great photo op! The pool cabanas were very comfortable. Easy walk to beach - very private and secluded. Grocery store, ATM, liquor store - all a 2-3 minute walk away. The pool and ocean tools made available for free were really appreciated also (Kayaks, flippers, snorkels, SUPs, life jackets, etc. for kids and adults). We had planned on renting a van, but the public bus picks up right on the road regularly - we never had to wait for longer than 7 or 8 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!
