The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The pool was clean. Even with remodeling happening, there was a friendly accommodating atmosphere. No complaints.

they gave me a room where the carpet was taken out in the hall, the glue that was exposed was very toxic smelling, made my dog cough to where i was ready to phone the vet at home and get a appointment ,then realized the glue was the culprit, the manager at the desk promptly changed my room to another floor, said it was a oversite on his part,

TV with Wireless Router spying on guests.
Tv turned on by itself in the middle of the night with a blue screen. Checked on back and tv had a wireless router installed and was obvious we were being watched by someone else. We unplugged the tv the next night then we got a knock on the door at 7:10 am while we were sleeping and they said they were called by us to fix our tv. Later that morning we spoke to front desk who said their provider ( Ovation Services ) called the front desk and were forcefull saying they needed to go into our room and plug our tv back in and that we called them telling them our tv wasnt working. This confirmed our suspicions from the previous night. Super Creepy that a voyer has been watching people in their rooms at any time they please. Tiffany at the front desk said she was going to be doing an investigation and find out who really called them since it wasnt us.

Randy, we were sad to hear about your experience at our hotel while in Wenatchee. This is definitely not a typical experience for our guests. We were able to listen to the phone call from our provider and was able to figure out that they were following up on a call from a previous guest who stayed in the same room. They were also able to verify that the Chrome Casts update nightly and that your television was looking for it to do so and it was not there. We are not versed in all things technology and would refer you to reach out to the IHG Technology team, so they can better explain it to you. However, we are truly sorry for the issues you faced and were glad that we could clear up the misunderstanding.

Don't get a room parking lot/ swimming pool side!
Overall... I liked my stay here and I would stay here again, if I was in the area. I liked everything overall---> nice breakfast in the morning, bed was comfortable, they have a hot tub and pool. However... I would not stay again over the pool/ parking lot area for the following reasons: 1. Train goes by and makes noise. 2. My room was 72, then 74, than 75 deg. F Didn't notice it until we went to bed. The front desk lady gave us a fan and we opened the window to let in the cooler outside air and with it, louder train noises. The room made it down to 70 deg F by 9am... so it was warm all night... whatever is wrong needs to be looked over by someone. So I would stay there again... just not on that side of the hotel and hopefully a cooler room, say 68deg F.

This hotel is staff friendly and family friendly as well. The pool wasn’t deep as I had expected but fun for kids it wasn’t heated either but it was ok. The hot tub was perfect! Lots to do for family and kids, lots of games in the hotel lobby area.. over all we loved it. The pool was redone recently but the floor is not skid resistant my child fell twice and she wasn’t running and had water shoes on. Other than that we would definitely recommend this hotel and would book again in the future. Breakfast was included yummy!

Comfortable stay minus the pool disappointment
Traveled with kids. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Honestly we paid the price for this hotel just so the kids could swim in a pool on our trip. The pool chemicals were so strong that our eyes were burning within minutes of being in the pool area. Our kids (who will never leave a pool for hours on end) wanted to leave within 10 minutes because they were not feeling well in the pool area (no symptoms before and quickly resolved after leaving the pool). So just disappointed that we paid a higher price than we would have for a neighboring hotel and didn’t get the benefit of the pool for which we paid the price..

Amazing customer service and customer appreciation! After receiving a lovely welcome letter from this hotel I mentioned that I would be arriving for my mother’s 76th birthday celebration and I was delighted to find the most charming and thoughtful basket of goodies for my mother! Kind little gifts for her! Chocolates! Now that is above and beyond. We were greeted so kindly by the front desk staff and they gave us warm chocolate chip cookies and milk right there! I’m absolutely pleased with our choice. Way to go Holiday Inn!

The holiday was a perfect option when you can’t afford to stay in Leavenworth over Christmas. The room was clean and seem new. Only one elevator was a bit of a bummer.

Great hotel
The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great and they even provided a light dinner M-Th. The kids loved the games in the lobby! One of the best hotel experiences we've had!

It was amazing. The only thing that was concerning was that there was a child in the pool area unattended that was making a mess with the water and as a result my daughter in law slipped and cut her foot because it was so slippery. The worker on staff quickly got her a bandaid but didn't seem to be concerned with the fact she fell and hurt her knee and cut her foot.

This hotel is just right beside the Metro Town mall in Burnaby and convenient to everything. Easy parking and in and out of the hotel also. We love this hotel.

This was an excellent family hotel, dog friendly, dog walk, breakfast was excellent. Full free breakfast bar. The manager came to our table and asked if every was good. THANK YOU!!! Many family games in lobby. Indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym. Free fresh cookie and hot chocolate from 7-9 pm. Oh and pop-corn machine. Rooms clean fresh. Excellent rooms, beds and linen. Felt amazing sleeping Thank you again
