« Cadre très agréable pour le bar et le restaurant. Bonne cuisine.
Accès aux chambres du 2me étage un peu compliqué avec des valises.(pas d'ascenseur) .
L'emplacement du parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel requiert une explication et un plan à la réception. »

« Not sure how old this place is but it's fantastic to have the opportunity to stay here in a place that must have seen so much history.
Montgomery itself is a gem - declaring an interest I grew up a few miles away and am fairly familiar with "Monty" - and though this visit is a wedding crashpad, we'll definitely take the opportunity to bumble around after we check out.
Bottom line? Stay here, you won't regret it in the slightest. »

« A lovely place to stay with ample parking. Close to the hotel was some nice walks that you can go on. The room I stayed in looked newly furnished and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food; particularly the free breakfast had a wide range to choose from and was good quality. I would recommend this hotel. »

« Such a warm welcome from Jackie and Jill, the room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious as was dinner and I was made to feel totally at home. Travelling solo for work I felt safe and looked after. I would not hesitate to highly recommend. »

« The room and facilities were superb we didnt want for anything. It is beautifully decorated and very clean.
The staff were fabulous and friendly and nothing was too much bother, communication was tops notch. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked perfectly, i would not change anything about this place or its staff, we will return and i cant wait thank you Parkers house for a fabulous stay *****5star***** »

« A very informal AirBNB in enormous family home. Hosts were very friendly, informal and keen to help. Full Breakfast was fabulous - I haven't seen a Hostess Trolley since 1983 and the croissant and granola yoghurt were lovely! Bed was very cosy and view from window stunning. Short walk or drive up to the rocks. On the negative side, en suite shower/loo/sink is very small and some of its finishes could be quite a bit better. Renovation is obviously still a work in progress, especially outside....

« Light, airy and spacious appartment. In great location for exploring the Shropshire Hills. The Duckhouse was a welcoming and comfortable place to go back to relaxe after a day walking. »

« The property was as beautiful as it was in the pictures with lovely grounds and the hot tub was the icing on the cake.
Unfortunately though, the outside of the property was swarming with wasps so unable to keep doors and windows open and nor could you fully relax in the hot tub. My partner got stung on the first night.
Also there was a trap in the corner of the bedroom which made us feel uneasy sleeping at night. And the window above the bed did not have a blackout blind so was woken early...
