« Good location in beautiful scenery not far from some walks. On a main road but it was completely silent at night. Suite was lovely and bigger than expected, with beautiful views, and a very modern bathroom with a fab shower. The bed did have a weird slope to it though which put our feet higher than our heads! Food in the pub at dinner time was expensive and average, although breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Enjoyed our stay very much. »

« Absolutely no heating, complained two times, said they reset the boiler but still nothing, had to ask a portable heating device, not acceptable for the prixe of the night. Also didn’t get any hot water in the morning »

« Location was excellent, free parking onsite and the town is lovely to walk around. Food at the pub was good and the owner was lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was good as well and we could take our dog. The room itself was a little run down but clean and perfectly adequate. The only negative were that the walls are very thin between rooms. We unfortunately had a family staying next door with a screaming baby and we could hear everything, which kept us up until after midnight. Other than...

« The hotel is nice for a short stay however could do with a few upgrades but generally well maintained. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy. The shower in the room was so small you struggled to move about and the shower gel provided even though smelt lovely was obviously watered down. « endroit charmant, isole dans une campagne magnifique. L'hotel a du charme mais le confort n'est pas top. Pas de place prévue pour les valises dans la chambre peu spacieuse, pas d'endroit confortable pour s'asseoir ,juste quelques chaises devant la réception . « I bought this overnight stay on the understanding there would be parking available as stated on your website , however i was then told there was no parking on site and i had to park half a mile away and walk in torrential rain . The room itself was up three flights of narrow badly lit stairs , the room was in a filthy disgusting state it clearly hadnt been cleaned properly for months, tatty furniture, dust and dirt everywhere.
