Pine Creek winds its way through the back yard and is a great spot for fishing as well as the pond which is stocked with bass, blue gill, and sunnies (all pond fishing is catch and release). Enjoy a picnic in the new pavilion and roast marshmallows over the fire.

This home has queen bed in each room as well as additional sleeping quarters on the sofa bed in the living room, making space for a total of 10 people. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor (upstairs) as well as a kitchen and dining area and a living area with a Smart TV. The full bath is also on the main floor. Downstairs you will find the game room, complete with a pool table. Two additional bedrooms and the half bath (toilet and sink) are on this floor.

There are 4 AC units installed in this home. Each bedroom upstairs as well as 2 in the basement windows.

Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. Creek is close to house.
