A short drive along the coast brings you to the vast sandy beaches of Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea, while nearby Morston Quay offers memorable seal trips out to Blakeney Point.

The cottage itself benefits from a gravel driveway providing private parking and a delightful rear garden arranged in two sections.
