Si vous cherchez à rester juste en face de la plage de Wells Beach familial, alors c'est l'unité qu'il vous faut. 66 Atlantic Ave est à 30 secondes à pied de la plage via l'accès public n ° 2. Évitez le chariot, la promenade sur la route ou le combat de stationnement et restez juste à côté de la plage. Il y a un parking pour deux voitures juste à côté de l'unité. L'unité est accessible depuis l'entrée de la rue ou une entrée arrière. L'unité dispose d'une cuisine équipée avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour un séjour dans lequel tous les repas sont préparés dans votre unité de plage. Wifi, câble et plusieurs canapés et chaises sont fournis pour le divertissement et le confort. Plusieurs fenêtres au niveau du sol peuvent être ouvertes pour beaucoup de lumière ou fermées pour plus d'intimité. Un barbecue et une aire de loisirs (35 pi x 37 pi) sont disponibles à l'arrière de l'unité. Un nouveau plancher (2017) et une salle de bain entièrement rénovée (2017) ne sont que quelques-unes des mises à jour de cette unité.

Central location in lower Maine
This was the second half of our big vacation for this year with my wife and another couple. The picture of the house is a little deceiving in being that it is actually split up into several units, we had unit 1, which is the 1st floor left hand side. It is a small space, especially the kitchen, but served us well for a place to stay central to all we wanted to do. This was our first trip to Maine and the New England area, and this location is fantastic for exploring everywhere! Only 40 min to Ogunquit or Kennebunk, or Exeter NH, 1:20 to Boston, 1:30 to Salem. Thank you to the owners, David and Rebecca for sharing this house and being very responsive when contacted. I would recommend this house for anyone looking to see lower Maine and New England!

A perfect location for my needs
I was in town for a wedding and needed a location where I would be nearby to the reception hall. This was five minutes away. Waking up in the morning with the sound of the ocean was the perfect start to the busy days leading up to the big day. I will definitely be back, but for a quieter stay next time.

Great, by the beach
This is a lovely place to stay if you have kids who want to get to the beach easily and multiple times a day. We stayed in the first floor apartment and it served our needs, but I suspect that the higher floors are a little fresher because you can open the windows more easily. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I might choose a higher floor to get a little more breeze. Also, keep in mind that you have to bring your own linens and towels. One other major plus is that there is a nice set of propane grills in the back that are free to use, and have really nice barbecues.

Great Time
We had a short visit (3 nights) in an attempt to get some sort of vacation before the nice weather is gone. This home is in an absolutely perfect location. The beach is steps away and the shops are a short walk. The backyard is wonderful to host a little lunch or dinner after a beach day. There is even a little laundry room right outside the back entrance! David was a pleasant host and responded to questions or concerns in a timely manner. As other reviews state- you can hear the other guests. Not too badly. Mostly just foot steps from the unit above. Didn’t bother us as we knew that just meant there were little ones having fun! We would love to return to this home again but next time I think we would rather stay in a unit above. Thank you so much for opening your place to us!

Pros: The unit was incredibly close to the beach and the public access route. So nice to walk to the ocean! The unit itself was pretty tidy with a well equipped kitchen. Cons: be careful booking Vrbo properties through Orbitz. Our planned hotel fell through and we booked this one only a few days beforehand. We knew it was non-refundable when we booked, but nowhere on Orbitz did it say that sheets, pillowcases and towels would not be supplied without a $75 fee. Orbitz also didn’t disclose that we needed to print/physically sign/ scan/email back the lease agreement. Only after receiving the lease agreement did we know about these things. We were already out of state on vacation, so it was a bit of a difficulty sourcing a printer scanner. We requested sheets and towels through email (we’d been asking questions to the host that day), but that communication was missed and there weren’t any there when we arrived. We got a hold of the host’s wife who was very kind and tried to help us locate their supply of sheets/towels at another property. The descriptions in the lease agreement are out of date, too. The unit has one queen one full bed, one full sofa bed, and what looked like one queen sofa bed. The parking space seemed to only fit one car, too, unless we were allowed to park on grass. All in all, it was a really nice stay, but I’d recommend the host update the Orbitz descriptions/disclosures. It would have helped us in our selection and been more prepared.

Fantastic location
The property and everything in it were great! Everything you’d need for even an extended stay is provided like plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, sandwich bags, etc… lots of cute dishes to use if you plan on eating in as well. The property was clean when we arrived, and was easy to take care of. The location was perfect, an easy 1 minute walk to the beach. There is even an outdoor shower to rinse off after hanging out on the beach! The only downside was that you can hear the other families/people in the other parts of the house fairly easily. And this isn’t to be held against the owners, but the guy next to us was a total jerk who spent a fair amount of his time swearing and complaining and hitting things. When we first arrived we weren’t sure which doors were which so we jiggled the handle of the door between our side of the house and his which is how we realized that was the door that went between the two sides. This made him super angry and he banged on the door and threatened to hit us in the face. It was quite an escalation for a simple mistake. Thankfully he left after a couple days and the remainder of our stay was much better! Overall, definitely would recommend. We enjoyed the stay in general, despite the awful neighbor.
