« Spotlessly clean room with adequate clothes storage and a nice clean shower room with fluffy towels. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low and pillows rather small which would have made the stay more comfortable. Staff on reception were very friendly & helpful. »

« Customer service: not great, they gave me key which did not work and had to come down to activate (i think it was not activated) and toilet, poor(clogged up) and duvet, was thin ( i think they forget to change as it was freezing minus) Overall, not happy. »
