Hôtel superbement bien placé ! Ma chambre avait une vue superbe sur New York. Personnel agréable. En revanche on sent que c’est « un hôtel de masse », comme une impression d’être à l’usine, surtout concernant la gestion du petit déjeuner ! On se sent pas chouchouté. Petit dej complet. Pas de room service.

He converted a great stay into an unforgettable stay!!!! Thank you so much ! My daughter loves gossip girl and he made her dreams come true by taking her in the best spots, sharing anecdotes and enthusiasm.

Super séjour à New York dans cet hôtel. La chambre était magnifique, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la skyline et la Statue de la Liberté. Décoration soignée, confort optimal, rien à redire. Nous y étions pour une occasion spéciale (nos anniversaires) et l’hôtel a eu de délicates attentions : un mot à l’arrivée puis une surprise avec un message manuscrit en revenant plus tard. Très appréciable. Service irréprochable : conciergerie, bagagistes, personnel en général, tous très professionnels et attentionnés. Mention spéciale pour le brunch : produits frais, très copieux et de grande qualité. Le bar et le restaurant le rooftop et la piscine sont également très agréables.
