« Very quiet house, plenty of room for larger group. Plenty of kitchen supplies and 2 refrigerators. Easy to find and access town. »

« Real nice cabin & location. Good dock, fish cleaning facility close & many close lakes to fish when you don’t want to fish Roy Lake. Only negative; dock need padding on lead edges & mooring sites on side of dock, plus two crank handles need to be removed or totally covered. All can cause damage to our expensive boats. »

« Pros: spacious, open kitchen and living space. Adequately supplied kitchen dishes and pans. Nice deck with comfortable chairs. Large stone patio with firepit. Awesome view of lake. Liked being able to dock pontoon during the day. Cons: dog hair on floor and couches. It's advertised as pet friendly, but traces of pets should be cleaned up before next renter. No dishcloths and only one dish towel. Needed to wipe out fridge drawers before using. No ceiling lights working, except over kitchen sink....

« Overall a very nice property. Five stars for everything, except location, which you'd think would also be five stars, being a lakeshore property. I gave location four stars due to highway 20 being so close to the house. There was traffic buzzing by just 20 steps from the house. Being we were there during harvest season, we had semi-trucks driving by all day and into the night 20 steps from the beds. The road noise really bothered the kids. It didn't bother me as much, but it was definitely a...
